I need a new pair of jeans. So I went out to the outlet malls tonight, and I found a pair that fit me good in the waste and the bottom, but they are too long.. which was to be expected. They can't be perfect. And I noticed that I went up a pant size

so now I am doing 200 crunches a day and running up my road 4 times a day. I am going to start watching what I eat, because I eat out ALL the time. So I am going to leave my debit and credit cards at home! And no more ice cream every single night. I need to loose about 5 lbs. I am not going to say my weight, bc you will think I am crazy!!! But I am going to keep this thread posted, so that way it will keep my motivated!!!!!!

Plus I had the help of Aubrey and Dakota, barking at me when I was running past them!!!!! They are my cheerleaders!!! Woo Hoo Mommy!!!

No more ice cream??

OMG...that's waaay too harsh! I would die without my nightly ice cream...although, since I started my diet I have been eating sugar free or carb controlled ice cream and I'm still losing weight

I might switch over to that.. but not right now. I am just cutting back!!! Plus, I already had my ice cream for the day!

I know the feeling!! I have been losing pounds lately myself. Ice cream is a weakness for me too. I cut back to 1 time a week and extra laps around the block!! Good luck!

haha, I am drinking a bottle of water. Well you know it gets bad when your bf or dh says you have "love handles" and he grabs them!!!!! So I have to do something before the moutain trip, or that will be all that I will hear.

Haha, I wish I could. Its not so bad since I already had some today, but tomorrow I will really be feeling it. And all those good restaurants.. so long, far well.

if you drink a lot of soda, try cutting that out or switch to diet

I do, only when I go out to eat. At home and work its all water. So now I just have to work on that in the restaurants.

I could never go without ice cream. I can give up everything else, but not ice cream. I LOVE ice cream--but it's gotta be the real, full-fat, full-sugar, ice cream. I accept no substitutes

. I just work out extra so I don't have to cut out the foods I enjoy. Everything is ok in moderation and exercise is key. And water is an absolute must. I lost weight quickly drinking water all day
