|  Calling out to Coly-PURECANINE.COM I've tried everything to reach this member about my order and wondered if she may respond to me here? I sent a pm and I see that you (she) logged in today, yet still did not reply to my email regarding my order? I sent a regular email last week. I've called the number on the website and it says it is not valid? I've called the number in my order confirmation number and got some guys recording and no return call? I'm just baffled? Has anyone ordered from purecanine with success? My order was placed on 08/01 for just some shampoo/conditioner/shine and paid via paypal! Are you out there?? Geeezz - just want a status please.... Trina

So sorry that you aren't able to get in touch with anyone Have you tried contacting Des (Tiger's Mom) - I know she doesn't run PureCanine or anything...but he does sell some of Des' clothing...maybe she would know the best way to get in contact with him?

| I have ordered with them---- in fact I had to make a return/exchange, and while it was a little slow moving, it all worked out. Hopefully they will be in touch very soon! |
