I just got my daughter Sims 2 and more!!! Okay, so it is Christmas in July, er....August.... I couldn't help it...she is such a wonderful girl...and school will be starting on Sept. 10th, so why not give her an end of summer, back to school gift.... I just bought my daughter The Sims 2 and add on games: H&M Fashion Stuff and Glamour Life Stuff..... We haven't started them yet, but she is really excited. Anyone else have these?? What do you think of them? Any helpful hints/tips....cautions?? |
#1, make sure that your computer's graphics card can handle the game. I had to go out and buy a $150 3D graphics card in order to play Sims2. #2, don't let her get lost in Simville too long, it's addicting:) My DD loves the game, but I had to quit cuz I was sitting there all day and half the night:laugh: |

I have those and LOVE them:). Except, don't start by using cheat codes, as I did..lol. I just LOVED to decorate the house's thats the best part. |
I love playing Sims! Does your daughter know how to get more money? I forgot how but i can look it up, you can make your house really big! lol |
Awwwwwww i have been wanting to pick this game up and play it sooo bad i think it says the sims 2 and it at walkmart for 14.99 or 19..99 cantr remeber but i just paid my college classes and had no money to spend extra but let me know how you like it i have been wanting to "sim" for awhile now :) |
I always use the cheat codes now although i had more fun before I did :) I love the games :) |
i love those games i have all the expansion packs lol. its a very fun game, she will enjoy them. |
Have all expansion pcks, very adicting :rolleyes: i have fun even with the cheatcodes, can buy anything :D but i like playing with the houses also ;) |
It's extremely addictive. I LOVE The Sims 2. I started playing the Sims right after the first Sims 1 came out wayyyy back when. lol |
SOOO Addicting! I had to take it off of the computer, I kept playing all hours of the night. But fun! |
I got the sims and the sims livin' large when they first came out. I recently reloaded them on my computer (a few months back). I get into it for awhile, then stop playing. But it's a blast. Like grown up barbie dolls. :p The only cheat code I use is for $$$. I like my sims to be living in style. :p |

Just do a search on Sims2 cheatcodes , you will find more then you want ;) Also have a suscribtion to thesimsresourse.com where downloads for the game are endless, but there are many:D |
My 12 year old son loves the Sims. He sets up the house to look like ours! LOL-same set up-similar furniture! I can't get into it, it takes too long to do stuff. |
