Did you ever have a tune or lyric in your head and it just wouldn't leave ...you'd find yourself mindlessly humming along to it and then catch yourself doing it ....or it was there the whole time you'd be doing your errands playing over and over, sometimes it can be a song I don't even like!..... Sometimes it's not even a song, it's a stupid commercial jingle!....:scratchhe

I must have woke up last night as least five times.......every time I did, that darn song was still playing in my head.....PLEASE LEAVE I'VE HAD ENOUGH!!... :rollingey

For some reason whenever I go for a walk the song from Green Acres just keeps coming over and over and over:confused: Don't know why 'cause I never did like the tv show?

LOL Yep all the Time... My Girl Friend and I even think up silly songs and then Try to get them stuck in each others heads .... But waking up and it being there still is a pain :confuse2:

Yep, sure does happen. And why does it always seem to be the song you dislike the most is what gets stuck in your head??? at least for me it does...

LOL!...It used to be that stupid Kibbles and Bits commercial, I don't even like that ad...my husband and I listen to completely different music, he always has his on in the garage, when I hear those darn songs they stick in my head...

It's not even the WHOLE song that gets stuck in my head. Usually its just one or two lines that just keep going over and over :rolleyes:

For me, it's always the last song I hear on the radio. It makes me laugh, but it can be very annoying.

oops...I better go listen to the radio...I have that green acres song in my head now! :eek:

I've had that freakin joke of a commercial 'Viva Viagra' in my head for the last 3 days - I admit to watching only because at the end there are 2 guys that look like they're ready to slow dance together (guess the viagra WORKED LOL)

my husband is ready to make me move out cause I keep singing it really loud and making the girls dance

Please make it stop

I'm begging you

:lol tears ....Now I'm going to have to wait and catch that commercial....

I sing a couple of song to my boys.."You got the cutest little baby face" & " I'm gonna kiss you all over.." .... I don't even like those songs...I get eye balls rolls from every one here....

Yup! If someone starts singing something i usually say, "Great, now I'll have that in my head all day!" I've even had songs in my head before I go to bed, and I have to try so hard to get them out. It's like I feel obsessed or something. :eek: It doesn't happen very often, but when it does it drives me crazy.

OMG it's hilarious - it starts with a bunch of 'musicians' looking like they're rehersing - they break out into this LOUD refrain - "Vivaaaaaaaaaaa Viagraaaaaaa" and right at the end - I swear one guy is holding hands with another - it's ANNOYING - mostly cause it starts like a kind of cool commercial till you see what they're selling LOL

and Chachi - thank you - I went from Viagra to Kung Fu - I'm very happy now

OH, I hate that.....if I walk by & someones radio is playing or their humming I'll catch my self singing their song in my head and I didn't even realize I was doing it for while...

How funny is this........I just went to my son's wedding in June and that is the song he chose to dance with me in the mother/son dance. Now I'll be singing it all day "AGAIN" with "IT"S A SMALL WORLD.":eek: :eek:

Every time my grand daughter is here this is stuck in my head & what we sing....

oooh, eeee, oooh, ah,ah, ting, tang walla, walla ,bing, bang... or

you put the lime in the coconut and drink it all up.....:rolleyes:

When I know she's on her way, the tunes start playing....

i heard it called an "earworm."

right now in texas there's a commercial about filling your tank at night. after 6pm's about right...

and i hate it. but i like to give it to someone else. if you're hearing this commercial, please don't hate me!

Awww...Small world doesn't bother me as much as it does some other people. I think it might be because I always remember it played at the LA County fair one time in the little kiddie bumper boats ride. My youngest, who'll be 13 this year, was only about 4 or 5 at the time. I can remember seeing him singing to the music while riding the ride. He was so sweet and cute...now my baby is growing up :(
