I am so sorry Kathryn. I don't know who on earth is talking about you - but it is just wrong. If they don't know you - or have any REAL idea of what is occurring in your personal life, then they honestly have no business opening up their mouths in the first place.

I remember what happened, everyone was so concerned. Please do your best to ignore the people here who have nothing better to do than to assume things and bring negativity. You have to keep positive people in your life, especially now.

What that man did was horrible, taking advantage of you when you were in such a horrible state. I want to say that I think that you are such a BRAVE young woman and you should be commended for doing your best to stand up to him.

Many women would have been embarassed and pretended that it never happened. Thanks to you this prick will never get to do this to a young woman again. His next victim could have even been someone underage. By fighting for justice you are bringing awareness to what is happening even now on a message board, on tv, etc.

Kat, I'm so sorry you had to post this. I know how frightened you were in the hospital. I'm sorry sweetie. This bastard will eventually pay. The legal process is usually a long one but don't despair. The long arm of the law will prevail and justice WILL be served this time. He won't get away with this again.

Hopefully that select few (whose names I will not mention) will leave you alone now and stop with the negative comments and uncalled for hurtful remarks about you, your character and your wonderful company (you know who you are). :thumbdown

This is an utterly sickening situation for any woman to be in. I hope he is brought to justice very soon and that you and your family can find some sort of closure.

On your personal side I am sorry your going through a court case. Yes,
they can cause much stress on anyone. I wish you luck with it and hope
it is settled before long.

I am sorry that you felt you had to post this. I know you are going through a very hand time. I cannot believe that they postponed the trail again!!! That really sucks!!! Again folks... this has NOTHING to do with Beyond Spoiled... just coments made about me personally over the last 9 months, many of which you won't even remember but I do. Things sort of stick with you when they are being said about you, while others forget them rather quickly.

I posted this so I wouldn't have to use that stupid "personal issues bla bla bla" excusse any more. I'm just sick of handing out excuses... I've been absent for weeks at a time... "personal issues bla bla bla" NO! Its because I've been vomiting and stressing about sitting in court with that monster. Stressing about having to re-live that night infront of a jury... ugh! I've been a werck.

But anyway..... It has nothing to do with Beyond Spoiled. I swear.

In fact, I wasn't going to mention this... but I am going to put Beyond Spoiled up for sale. I'm in the process of tallying the inventory now. With everything going on, I just don't know that I can grow it the way I'd like. Its very successfull as it stands. But could do so much more. Anyway... thats that, for what its worth.

Never knowing you were going through such trauma. I know how these court postponements are so agonizing for you. It is a terrible way that the wheels of justice turn, so slowly and askew. I am sorry that you have to go through it all. You are such a nice woman.

I don't know where to start. No one except other women will know what you are going through but please believe that we know how brave you are being. I am in awe of your strength and courage. I'm so very sorry that you have had to go through this horrible rape and them have to face badmouthing from people who should be your friends. All that on top of being seriously injured. Sweetie you have taken so much that some of us couldn't. I for one will be here for you any time you need it. Are you getting counseling? Being able to talk about it with other victims can be a cleansing experience.

Wow girl, I knew you made a huge geographical move recently, but had no idea about this.

I know any move can be stressful enough...and knew you got a lot of support on that thread. I'd read it earlier. When I saw the title....knew you had a buttload of support before I even opened it.

But NOBODY should have to have gone through what you went through after that accident!!! NOBODY.

Yea, he'll get his when convicted....he'll be somebody's b*tch! But I know that doesn't help how you feel, and what your going through right now girl. That should have NEVER happened going to ER....NEVER.

Hope to h*ll he lost his job, so far at the very least! I know when it gets put off, and put off, doesn't help your feelings a bit. Anxiety can build up in us.

Attorneys do that (put it off) in hopes one day you won't show up for court, and they can throw it out. Don't let that happen gal.
