| Armstrong make laminate floor cleaners that you can get in Home Depot. Or, you can use clear detergent, no suds amonia.

| I LOVE my hardwood too... I use WINDEX on the hardwood and ceramic... does a super job. I showed my friend to use WINDEX on their laminate and it works GREAT! I always use a TOWEL and "foot action"... it takes it all with it and loeaves no streaks... d

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I just use vinegar and water in a spray bottle and I have a terry cloth mop and it works great. The vinegar smell goes away pretty quick

| Can you use the vinegar & water on real wood floors? If so, what would be the proportions? Thanks |

| I use a product called Orange Glo Hardwood cleaner and polish on my hardwood floors. It goes on easy and looks beautiful. In between cleanings I spray a little furniture polish on my dust mop and go over the floors. I hardly ever need to sweep.

| Does Windex make the floor slippery? That's the other problem I have with the flooring. What doesn't make it sticky and grimy makes it slicker than owl sh*t!

I WOULD NOT recommend it, however, for laminates. You're not supposed to wax laminate and since this product combines a cleaner and a polish (which makes our wood floors look quite glossy) I think it might do more harm than good for laminate. Just my two cents. | |

| We use a laminate cleaner or PineSol. I hate those floors. We put them in 11 years ago, and at tax time we're pulling them up and putting down a tile floor. It'll be great down here in the heat. We can put our feeties down on a cool tile.

| I have laminate floors in my house and i got a microfiber mop at lowes and use the pergo laminate floor spray cleaner and it works beautifully and i have dark cherry floors. I love microfiber mops. Then i discovered they had them on QVC and you could get replacement pads for them so now i have a stack of microfiber pads so i can change them when they get to wet and hard to push. They also have a dry dusting pad you can use just to dust your floors with and it works great. After your done you just throw them in the wasking machine and dryer (no fabric softner) and use them again and again. |
