I see pink and green turtles on that fabric...it reminded me of some fabric I just bought that you might like for other accent stuff too, you may have seen it and it does come in other colors.
That would be super cute accent fabric, how big are the turtles?

Hi Shana...I talked to Denise last night and she told me about this thread and your painting, so I had to come find it. You are truly amazing! I didn't know you painted too! Those paintings are just adorable and I can't wait to see the finished room! I'm so tickled for you!

Thanks for the link, I think Im going to need to buy more as I already bought all the yardage from one seller, lol. Ive never done a whole bedroom setup so Im not really sure how much Im going to need altogether.

Thank you everyone for all the nice comments and support!

I bought the cutest paper mache letters at JoAnns the other day and now I got the hubby helping me paint that for the baby's room. :p These little projects are fun, just wait until the fabric comes in:p . Im actually going to have my mom helping me with the bedding and curtains. I tend to mostly sew on a small scale so Im not used to sewing stuff bigger than dog clothes and I think I will seriously lack the patience. My mom quilts for a living so she is going to be a lot better at the bedding than me ;)

That's very cute! Your room will be gorgeous! I was looking at Family Dollar the other day and they had some bathtub appliques that were shells like the ones in the fabric, sea horses and fish. They were clear, but I thought that they would be cute if you painted them and put them on the walls. They were really cheap, too, as I recall. Just an idea.

Thats a cute idea, I also want to decorate my own lamp, I wonder if those decals would work on ceramic?
