Gloria's brother was hit by a drunk driver...
 
As many of you know I (debbie) am usually the one here on YT more then Gloria my roomate.
Early today Gloria's brother was hit by a drunk driver who was 18 yrs old. It was a head on collision that killed her brother and 2 other passengers in his vehicle. The impact was so hard that both the cars burst into flames, her brother was burned beyond recognition. The second vehicle with the 18 yr old drunk driver was also killed. Her brothers wife and 4 children are left behind without their dad now.

If anyone would like to send a card or flowers, please let me know. She was very close to her brother and is devastated. I feel so helpless to be able to help ease her pain.

Oh my how absolutely devestating!:( That is just horrible all around. My heart goes out to Gloria, and her brother\'s wife and kids. I\'m so sorry. :(

How senseless and tragic. Just be there for her is all you can do. Right now she is in a fog/shock and later is when she will really need you.

OH MY!!!...What a tragedy for the families!!!....I got goose bumps reading that... Prayers for the families, their going to need all the help they can get...:cry:

This just shows how serious this drunk driving issue really is...all this recent news on celebrities and all their shenanigans needs to be taken seriously...this is how some one else\'s stupid decisions to drink and drive effects innocent people...

What a terrible senseless tragedy. I am so very sorry for Gloria, her Sister-In-Law and those poor 4 innocent babies. I would like the address as well.....

Oh that is so horrible. I certainloy hope they catch whomever it was that provided the alcohol to an 18 year old, and charge them with 4 counts of murder.

Oh my God - I\'m shaking after reading your post. Such a terrible tragedy. It seems that there are more and more drunken drivers killing innocent victims lately. :hands: :hands: :hands: for Gloria and her family in this dark hour of their lives.

omg that\'s so sad. Can you pm me her address so i can send her a card? That is terrible :( I don\'t understand why so many ppl still continue to drive drunk.

That\'s terrible! I will never understand the thrill of driving drunk. It kills so many innocent people. Prayers are coming your way.

Please don\'t drink and drive ever!!! This was a terrible accident and could have been avoided by not drinking and driving. I don\'t understand how an 18 year old got alcohol to begin with.

Please go hug your loved ones and remember to be kind to others. Life can be taken away in an instant. Her brother was a volunteer fireman dedicated to saving lives of others and his was taken away because of ignorance about drinking and driving.

My sympathy to her and her family. The exact same thing happened in my family 13 years ago to my uncle. It is devastating.

Please know that Gloria and her family will be in my thoughts and prayers...the days ahead will not be easy, and I am terribly sorry for this tragic loss of innocent lives. I too would like the address to send my condolences.

What a horrible tragedy and my heart aches for Gloria and her family, and the families of the others that were killed. It\'s awful enough to get killed, but to have the car burn...that makes it even worse. Bless their hearts...I am so sorry. A couple of weeks ago here, a pedestrian was killed by a drunk driver which left two little boys without their daddy.

Please send me her address...I would like to send a card. So much sadness in this world.

This is just so awful. I have lost a few friends to drunk drivers as well, and it is just the worst tragedy imaginable. Gloria, whenever you read this...please know that I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers sweetie. I am so deeply, deeply sorry :cry:

What a horrible thing to happen. I am so sorry for her loss. My prayers are with Gloria and her family, may God help her through this tough time.

I hate it that some people drink and drive. My cousin was also in a car accident because of a drunk driver. She was in critical condition but has now almost fully recovered. My other cousin was 18 when him and his buddies were in a car. They were all drinking. The car wrecked and killed him almost instantly.:(

I will never understand why someone would drink and drive.:mad:

My heart goes out to Gloria and her family. That is such a tragic thing to go thru. Too many innocent lives have been lost to the stupidity of people who think they are immune to driving under the influence. I am so sorry. I\'ll PM for her address.
