That's funny, because I was going to include a Chicken Enchilada recipe. I looked at yours and it is almost identical to the one I use. Isn't it fantastic???? I think it is the whipping cream that makes it! My bunch loves it!

I'm not surprised, it's that good! We've been making it as a favorite birthday cake for like four generations...note the word "oleo" in the recipe!! LOL

Aren't those enchiladas AWESOME?! My husband always begs me to make them! I think they key is also the CORN tortillas vs. flour tortillas which get soggy. YUCK!

I also added a Salsa recipe that is truly awesome....but "warning" it is extremely hot :eek: :eek: You could probably calm it down a bit by removing the seeds before cooking if your not into super hot salsa's

LOL I put margarine in parentheses, but whoever edits it might just want to change it to that for the final copy. I guess I'm just showing my age. :rolleyes:

Those sound great!

I have a request here...I love this spinach dip that is served in a sweet bread bowl....I want to say it has water chestnuts and cream cheese? If anyone knows that one, please submit that recipe! I love that stuff. :)

my fave is the spinach artichoke dip that you get at Apple Bee's, OMG I love that stuff!!!!!

Me too, and Red Robin also has that dip which is even better. We go there once a week just to get that dip. :D

Well I added two doggie recipes (of course) :D
I know the human and dog recipes were going to be seperated in the book anyway, but having the book flip over to start the dog recipe section is a good idea. I have a recipe book like that and really find it helpful. :thumbup:

I have already submitted 4 of my favorites, but have the recipe for this spinach and artichoke dip (and it is GOOD) and for the spinach dip in bread bowl. Do ya want me to submit those, too? Both of these are some of our favs during football season in the Grove at Ole Miss!

If your spinach artichoke recipe doesn't make it into that recipe book I will cry. :cry8: Unless of course it's sent to me. ;)

At least 2 weeks, depending on how many recipes we get.

I still have mine to submit.

You can submit as many recipes as you like!

ok, i am going to submit some more recipes (including the spinach/ artichoke dip). i figure someone else can weed through them and decide which ones to include. i promise--they are all good--these are my most requested recipes!
