Still Preggo! 4 Attachment(s) UGH!! yesterday was my due date and I have still not popped!! It is now the 8th of July here in Germany and I was due the 7th... I went to the Dr on the 6th and my plug has not even come out yet! And the wont even induce (SP?) until the end of July!:eek: I was hopping by now I would be holding my son in my arms... instead he is still giving me a swift kick in the ribs! ugh I am soo disappointed :( Hopefully he comes soon! Here is 4 pic of me, that I took Yesterday. (On my due date!) |

i know how frustrating that is!! my first son was a week late and I tried everything even castor oil naturally to induce myself. |
Oh, I was hoping to hear that you delivered ... but your baby boy knows when the right time to enter this world is .... and if he doesn't, your doctor does know. You look good and I wish you the best! |

bless your heart, i know you are so ready!! walk a lot, go test drive a porsche. one of my friends went riding with her hubby in his new porsche and that night she went into labor...3 weeks early!!! they say intercourse helps...but when you are that preggo, that is probably the last thing you want to do :) I know I sure wasn't in the mood!! :D well, i wish you luck. let us know what happens |
congrats, you will be a new mommy in no time, i took my daughter walking thru the mall for about 4 hrs, she was 2 days overdue, she went into labor that night, so maybe a mall walk? best to you:) |

I hope your little guy comes soon. You still look kind-of high, like he hasn't quite dropped yet. My daughter was 10 days late and I know they were the 10 longest days of my life!!! I tried castor oil several times and many other things to bring labor on, but the little bugger took her sweet time (she still does 22 years later)!!!! Wishing you a speedy labor!!!!! |

I so remember that feeling. My due date was Mar 27 (1992!). The conception date was absolute, cuz I only saw my husband for four days. So I counted out my weeks and I knew when my daughter should be there. Well, April 10, they did one type of inducement. April 13, they gave me pittoson (sic). But I never dilated, she played with her cord, and I got a c-section. But hang in there, you son will be here before you know it. Then there will be days where you wish he was still inside! :D |
Must be something with Germany!! I was two weeks late with both of mine, one was born there and I went into labor the night before I was to be induced. The second one was conceived there and born in the states. She too was two weeks late and I did have to be induced with her. How's the weather? My oldest was due in September so my last tri-mester was during the July and August sweltering weather. :( Are you in military housing? I ask because it looks like mine did 18 years ago. It's hasn't changed if it is!!! LOL |

awww I feel for you. I was overdue with all three of mine. My first was almost 2 weeks overdue, and it was August and very very hot. Hang in there, you will be holding your son in your arms before long! |

We did live off post but we where living like 40 min away from the hospital, so when I was like 3 or 4 months preg...we moved on post to be closer to the hospital and so if I needed anything, hubby would not be that fair away. Plus if I go into labor, hubby can just swing by and pick me up and we can head to the hospital. Thats if its not a really busy day for him at work..He is a MP (Military police) so you never know when a dumb butt comes in drinking and driving (There has been a lot of those lately). |

Another day has passed... *sigh* Its now the 9th here in Germany. UGH I hate this waiting game. I go to the Dr Friday.. so HOPEFULLY they can give me SOME good news about when he MIGHT come...even thou he is already late. I can already tell he is taking after his dad. My hubby is NEVER on time.. looks like HIS SON is already fallowing in his foot steps!:rolleyes: |

Gosh, I'm so excited for you! My first was late too and it was a boy! He never did and still does not get in a hurry--for anything! Good luck...God may just think the little one needs a bit more time in the oven!:) |

Have you tried jumping of chairs over and over again? Just kidding. I was standing on a chair changing a lightbulb with my first and it was an old ratty chair. The seat gave way and I came straight down. It was a jarring experience but by gum I went into labor the next day and had him 24 hours later! And with my second my plug didn't come out till I was in active labor so don't let that be any kind of a gage. Just stay safe. He'll come when he comes and you'll forget all about this waiting stuff. I know you probably aren't up to it (heck, I'm rarely up for it and I'm not 9+months pregnant LMAO) but intercourse does speed it along...especially if you have a you-know-what. Also, spicy foods have been known to get babies out quicker. Take a bath, walk around the block as much as you can. Just try to keep yourself as comfy as possible. That's what's most important right now :) Congrats & good luck!!! Wishing you a very speedy & safe labour!! |
