They're gorgeous paintings - I would be mad too if I told someone they could paint my girls and were selling them online without telling me that was the reason to paint them....Michelle - 'waistful' did one of Cheri and one day mailed it to me - I was so touched. |
they are stunning paintings. I understand why someone else would want them. They don't know it's someone else's dog, probably. It's like going to the store and seeing a picture of a dog to buy. Of course that dog belongs to someone. I'm glad you won London's. Maybe you should contact her to find out what's going on. |
wow, those paintings are really good. look so real. I gave up trying to paint a picture of someones yorkie and have it look even a little like it lol.....now thats talent in my book. I'm glad you won one of them. I would feel honored if someone wanted to use my babies pics to paint like that :) but she should have asked about london's too. |

Wow, those paintings are absolutely gorgeous! But then, so are your dogs:) . I'd be flattered that other people wanted to buy a picture of my dog, but I'm sure that whoever bought it has no idea whose dog it is or even if it was a real, live dog, you know what I mean? I'd just be sad that I couldn't buy it myself. And if they didnt' tell you that they were going to be putting it up for sale, I think I'd be a little annoyed. I think you should ask if they could do another set for you for a set price for the two of them (not the same as what they sell for on ebay of course). I def. think you should be able to purchase paintings of your own dogs that you supplied the photos for at a decent price. |
