Fake Toenails?? - YorkieTalk.com Forums

When I saw Gracielou's thread on nails it made me think of these fake toenails my DD wears (she's in her late twenty's)....I knew they made fake fingernails but TOENAILS!!...She always wears these French manicure glue on nails, I asked her why would you care to put nails on there...she said so her toes look good in her flip flops...oooookkkk!

She told me she's been wearing them for over two years & her boyfriend doesn't have a clue their fake (men

50% of us is what we really got, the other 50% is what they think we got).....She told me several times he came too close to her & hit her foot w/ his shoe (hurt like h*ll) & her nail went flying, he didn't even see it...she casually walks over & picks it up & puts it in her pocket & reattaches it later...She glued some on her DD & she shows him her toes, he tells her they looked great & they looked just like moms...they girls just smiled at each other

that is so funny...I went to get a manicure (without the fake nails) and I saw a girl come in and get her toes done. I thought it was the craziest thing ever.

LOL This is so funny!

I had a toe surgery (big toe) done 2 years ago. They had to remove my toenail....anyways I went and had a fake one put on. I only had it done when I had to wear open toe shoes. My Fiance has this thing with pretty feet. And I was tryin'.

The fake ones she wears is from the drug store....I don't know if the are glued or pressed on but she said when he accidentally hit her foot (several times)& knocked it off it hurt like h*ll....I've even found them in my drive way when she left my house

.....at first I thought some one had a terrible accident

i actually have acrylics put on my toes

just like me nails but they do it on my toes

its the same thing and they look great

i just get the acrylic on my nails i get my toes just painted normal

so funny this thread i saw this lady here in NYC in the heart of manhattan with open toe sandals and and her big toe had a super long nail it was like those long finger nails but on her toes

it was crazy reminded me of wolverine lol

LOL!!!.... She might have put that on there to use it to kick a mugger in the you know what....

I could imagine what her closed shoes look like they probably have little holes so her nails can hang out of them

They do look great! I don't have the budget to do it all the time, in fact I didn't even know they existed...but when I went to get my usual pedicure and my toe nail was chipped, the lady offered to put acrylic on it...I was like, "What?!" Lol, it worked well though...

I got acrylic on my toe once when it broken off, but once it grew out stuck to regular pedicure. I do go get acrylic on my nails, though.

I once got a pedi & there was a woman there getting a tip on her toe because the real toenail was missing. I also do French manicure on my toes when I get a pedicure, but they paint it on...no tips here!
