What wonderful news - all of it. It is such a relief to find out everything is A-OK if you had even the slightest worry. Have fun getting ready for your little one.:) :congrats:

I'm crossing my fingers that I actually have the baby the last week of December 2007, otherwise I have pay my insurance deducible all over again if I have the baby even one day over into January- isnt that insane?:( Geez, growing up is tough, I hate dealing with that kind of stuff, lol

Well...In that case I hope you have a Christmas baby!!! Although, I've known people that were born on Christmas and hated it...Presents only once a year!!! Which ever day it is will certainly be one of, if not the, most memorable days of your life...again ENJOY!!!

I know, I really dont know what I want because I dont want my baby's birthday to be too close to Christmas either. I go back and forth but in the end it wont be my desciosion anyways thank goodness:p . Sometimes I think maybe if I do have the baby in January it will be better in the long run as far as having the baby's birthday farther from Christmas. My husband's b-day is like a full month before Christmas and he still gets gifts that cover both b-day and Christmas and I hate that, his birthday should be celebrated completely seperate from Christmas.

Are you going to find out what sex the baby is?

Do you have any names in the back of your mind for either sex? I LOVE names!

ALSO, I saw that you're an Aries, so if you have your baby on or before December 22, he/she will be a Sagittarius and Aries women make the perfect mothers for Sagittarius babies -- sorry, I have been reading astrology books too much :P lol

Shara~ CONGRATS!!! You are just adoreable and cant wait to see your new little baby when she/he is born!!! It will all work out. God has a plan and he wont give you more than you can handle. We already know thatyou will be a great Mommy and most babies aren't planned....teeheehee..God just gifts us and you are a lucky gal!!!

I'm hoping you don't have the baby "too" close to Christmas either!!! You know I"ll probably be at my parents' for a couple of days after Christmas anyway.....this kid better not come while I'm gone!!! I'll be mad if I don't get to come see him/her right away!!! :rolleyes:

No, seriously, I know how it is for Christmas babies. My dad is one. His is right after Christmas and to this day he gets ripped off sometimes from the "combo" presents. We (my mom, brother/sil, and I) NEVER do that to him because we know how awful it is.

Hey, maybe it'll be a New Year's baby & you'll have him/her on New Years, just after midnight! Maybe it'll be the first baby born of the year! :D

WOOHOO! We're all aunts and uncles! I can be Uncle AlaskaYorkie, or just "AY" if he/she has trouble pronouncing it. That'll give him/her a head start on the alphabet anyway.

Congratulations, Shana! Can a newborn wear all Chloe's hand-me-downs, or will you branch out into the baby-clothes-making business?

I missed this thread for three days! I'm losing it! I knew something was up with your prayer thread, and I was hoping that was it! See how powerful YT prayers are?

Some kid I met on another forum did the caricatures. They were so cute, a bunch of people encouraged her to try to sell them online. So she's giving it a try. She's only 18 or so, and you gotta admire her gumption. Her Web site is in my sig.

My husband and I already have a named picked out if its a girl and for a boy so either way we have it covered :thumbup: :p I cant wait to find out the sex of the baby! I want to know as soon as possible, Im already totally excited to decorate my baby room. We have decide to probobly do an underwater theme, if its a girl we will make it more "little mermaid-ish" so it can be sort of princessy but still be underwater.. I really hope to paint a mural on the wall and I already have a collection of aquatic stuff :D My mom was already making me a sea turtle quilt which will go on the wall too, etc. Im so excited. As a matter of fact this has been the slowest week of my life, I have a funny feeling the next 6 months will be the slowest months ever!

Wow, that astrology info is neat. I new if the baby was born in January it would be a Capricorn I beleive, KathrynV told me but I already forgot, lol. Without my ADHD medicine I only half listen and I forget anything said about 2 seconds later :D :D

Yes prayer works! I needed prayer because I at that point I had just found out I was pregnant and I knew my first OBGYN appt was thursday and I would find out how far along I was and if the pregnancy was viable or not (sp?). I was so afraid with the meds I was on I would surely have bad news at thursdays appt, but doctor said it looks great and shouldnt be a big deal at all. I was not prepared to actually see my baby so far developed, and be able to see arms and legs and all that. I know nothing about pregnancys and that was such a huge shock and so awesome and exciting. So I feel better and prayer definetly works!

Thanks for the info about the avatar, I will defiently be contacting her, I need a cartoon of all my gals, I think it would look awesome to put on my website too! Ive been admiring your avatar all weekend.

You do not have much to say ... my birthday is Jan. 5 and I feel I get regifted with what people did not like .... but it's the thought that counts.

At least you will be in your third trimester when the weather is cooler. feel good and think happy thoughts.:teeth:

Your hubby will be waiting on you hand and foot. You'll get so spoiled. Enjoy it.:smile:

My mom's B-day is 12/24 and we allways make sure she has a B-day presents separate from Christmas. We attempted the combo gift idea one year and she flips out on us, so we will never tried that again. Just think you might have a New Year's baby!!!

The baby will be a Capricorn as of Dec. 22 or 23. I think that would be a very good thing. My most excellent friend's birthday is Dec. 26. :p
