| Kitten pictures.from today. June 5th Well the momma cat had took the kittens from the garage and took them back under the house after my sons friend had touched them , they had been under there about a week and was getting skinny and wild. Well Hubby got a hold of two of them the two with tails and I got the two with out tails, it took me all day I tried to get them to come out with food, that didnt work, so I used the momma cat as bait and I got them both lol. We put them in a old large cage in the bath room so I can feed and handle them some to tame them down. they will be 6 weeks old on the 9th my B-day. and I guess Im going to take in that ladys kittens for a few weeks too, until their old enough to find homes for. I just cant stand knowing they are out there where her dog can kill them. and I feel so bad that it already got one. anyways heres some pictures of the kittens after they settled down some. Will take pictures of the other kittens when she brings them here. |

I Love Thor Donating Member | I love kittens. They are so cute. Sharp little nails though. Especially those friskey ones (wild). I volunteer at the SPCA and since it's kitten season, there are a few in there. I got some scratches this weekend from those cute little rascals! |

Speaking of kitten season, I was told that one of the several animal shelters in the city currently has 2000 kittens!

| I Love kittens, especially calico kittens. I absolutely love calicos for some reason. I was looking for a calico kitten a few years back and my sister told me about her neighbor who had kittens to give away and there was a calico, so I drove 1 1/2 hours to her house and we found the calico, and we found a orange one and we found a grey tabby and I took them all. My husband was in shock. Anyway only the orange one remains.... . I am not sure what happened to the other ones. I found a calico kitten at the animal shelter that I would love to go get when it is old enough, but I am afraid that the dogs would hurt her. I go to the animal shelter once a month and sponsor a dog (or two) so they wont be put down and I think I will get that kitten the next time I am there. That is so sweet of you to take them.... | Too cute! I'm with you, Genie, I adore calicos. I would go way out of my way for one, too.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Debbie -- You are such a wonderful person. So loving to all these little creatures! Where are you located? Surely someone on YT or someone they know might want to take some of these babies off your hands. I'd volunteer, but our trio is already more than I can handle. (The stray kitten from last year is now becoming a MAN cat. We have to get him fixed soon or I can't be responsible for my actions. ) And, in case I forget The kitties are SO cute. So if someone is fairly close to Debbie ... |
