| Our little cabin in the woods... We have been working on our little cabin a lot but we still have a lot of work to do. We have finished the living room and bedroom but we still have to finish the bathroom and kitchen. We also have a lot of work to do on the outside. It is so peaceful there and I love sit on my porch especially at night. I have grapevines wrapped around the porch posts and I have white christmas lights on them and it looks so cute at night. I think it is coming along really good but still lots of work to be done. What do you guys think? Any suggestions? |

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Oh my goodness Genie, it looks GREAT girl! Very homey and cozy looking - I love it The decor is wonderful and fits it so perfectly. We have a cabin on Sevilla Island in Canada that is tucked away in the forrest and we have it decorated to match the atmosphere as well and it is just so nice to go out at night and sit on the balcony which overlooks the ocean as the Cabin is set very high up on a hill (you have to hike to get up to it). All of the Alaskan Cruise Ships come by at night and it is so peaceful to sit there and watch them. I love it there...it is our vacation home but my husband does have family there as that is where he is from. I would love to move there one day in the future! It is so gorgeous

| Thanks, my husband actually made the floor himself. He sawed down popular trees and sawed it himself and made the floors. I am so proud of him. He made the outside sideing too out of hemlock and he made the porch too. Now he is laying rock around the foundation. He is my lumberjack... |

| Your cabin is very nice. That is great you have a "getaway" place to go to relax. Your hubby sounds like he knows how to do a lot. That's such a help with expenses when he can do it himself. Your front porch sounds so lovely.

| What a wonderful cabin. I LOVE those floors, your hubby did one fantastic job on them plus everything else. Is the kitchen done? or did you grill out with all that company? Do you have a boat? Are you going to put in a boat dock? What a wonderful life style you have. |
