| Anyone have a Motorola Q or Palm Treo 700p? Soon I'll be able to get a new cell phone. I am thinking about either getting a Motorola Q or Palm Treo 700p. I stopped by a Verizon store today and I really liked the features on both of them. Anyone have either? If so, how do you like it? Do you like the features? Does it lose connection often? How's the battery? Thanks!

| My husband and I have the Motorola Q and also one of my Best Friend's has it to. I find it very convenient to have, i love all it's features... i think it's simple and slim and fits in my purse/pocket nicely. I was thinking bout getting a Treo, but i opted not to because I think it has extra features that i wouldn't use.. i barely use most of the features on my phone as it is now lol.. but i like it.. i keep my phone on every day.. it doesn't freeze on me like the older versions have.. and hubby has dropped his millions of times and it's still in tip top shape.. we got the extended battery though because it was known that the Q had short battery life with the original one it came with. i only have to charge it maybe one day out of the week.. like an hour at the most.. but im sure whatever you get you'll be happy with, cause i love verizon! |

| I have a Treo and I love it. I have to say that I got it cause I thought it was cute, but I have become familiar with a lot of the features and I love that I no longer have to carry a planner. I have everything on my phone. I sync it to my computer often in case I lose it, hehe.Oh also on your question about the battery life, I would suggest that you don't charge it until it needs it. Batteries run out faster when you charge then like everynight (overcharge). Mine lasts up to four days before it gets to the red zone. At which point I can charge for 20 minutes and it will last me for another day. Hope this helps. I don't think you would be disappointed with a Treo.

| Thanks for the recommendations.. it's such a decision! My current plan doesn't end until late June, so I can't get one until then anyway.
