Because we do make the items as order is placed. We do not accept returns on items, Unless item is defective. At which time we will exchange for exact item. If you have ordered the wrong size contact us, We may be able to alter the item. There is a small fee for this.
IMO, post away about the quality of the product. I'll stay out of it. But please stop saying bad things about her service. She did offer to replace the diapers according to her posted store policy. |
