Me too! I just know mine is right under GOD :>) I LOVE a nice yard, I am sure you will enjoy it. We are working on ours too. We just got two brass tiki torches and a nice solar windchime. Going to look at flowers today. Angie |

Best Husband Club I would like to nominate my hubby also. He is building a three seasons deck right now. He told me it will be ready for Memorial Day, but I am kinda doubtful. The furkid is out there watching him. Maybe he is learning so that he can build one on his doghouse!!! |

My husband helped me lay two truck loads of mulch and a bunch of river rock this weekend. We didn't get any housework done, but he's good about helping me out through the week, too. I picked a real looser at age 19 but 11 years of that hell paid off with me finding a good one! Just like to say "THANK YOU" again to the big man upstairs for bringing him into my life to take care of my and my babies! <PS: He loves the dogs too...he won't admit it...but I catch him making goo goo noises to Calliope frequently ;) ) |

I can join in this one :) my hubby has been so busy since we moved to our new house. digging up yucky ivy they had in all the gardens ( I hate that ivy) planting bushes and flowers for me. trimming trees , and soon to be putting up our pool, and maybe a deck ( not sure on this one yet) ....I really cant wait till its all done if it ever will be. we talked about landscaping part of the yard where theres no grass only moss another yuck...lol we will be busy for a while.....he does most of it... |
My Hubby's In!! I have a great hubby (most of the time - LOL), too!! Today, after taking a walk in the park carrying Angel, he came home and cleaned out/filled the hot tub!! Spreading the mulch will be next weekend. And, he did a load of laundry in-between!!!!! |

2 Attachment(s) My sweet husband has worked sooooo hard all weekend too!! We are building an outdoor kitchen out by our pool which you can see the construction in the this picture. (still needs all the rock) Plus earlier today I took a picture of him cleaning the hot tub, Buddy-licious was doing his best to help Daddy.... wish the picture would of turned out better. It was really cute, Buddy appeared to be supervising!! Plus my husband cooked our first meal in our outdoor kitchen last night (even though the kitchen it not finished)....our dinner was awesome!!! Sounds like we have some good hubby's.:kiss3: |

We used to have bad flooding problems. We had a 12 ft retaining wall put in. We are adding a lower level to it. When its finished it will be landscaped with trees, flower, and a water feature (we haven't decided what kind yet). Then on the bottom he will put pavers that will extend from the pergola to a curve in the wall and it will either have a table or fire pit (another thing we haven't decided yet. Since hubby is doing the work himself, we are saving a lot of money. Quote:

Goodness, that pool and kitchen area looks like a resort. Now I want to move so I can have lots of property like that, but out here in CA. that would certainly cost a kings ransome. Your very fortunate. NOW, speaking of the best husband in the entire universe.........well all you gals will just have to set your hubbys aside because mine wins hands down and doesn't even have to move a muscle. :D They just don't come any better than mine, no way, no how. Promise. He's one of a kind and pure angel. I'm truly blessed. We have been married almost 30 years and he has not one time ever called me a bad name, never yelled at me, I've never heard him say an unkind thing about anyone, I've never heard him complain that he's tired or not feeling well, I've never known him to sluff off any job, He's never lied or cheated, he isn't a drinker or smoker, he raised 6 sons and never spanked any of them or even yelled at any of them, never a day has gone by that he doesn't give me hugs and kisses and tells me how much he loves me, he cooks, cleans, washes clothes, irons, washes dishes, and now takes excellent care of his fur-girls. He's "the" best!!!! :D |
I am Definitely putting My Wonderful Hubby in!!! He is just the GREATEST! I take any moment I can to brag him up. He treats me like a Queen and does anything in his power to please me. He's such an Awesome Father to our children.. He is just AWESOME! My baby has been working so hard on remodeling our room, building me walk in closet and not to mention attending to our landscaping. My list could go on and on but I really dont want to bore everyone. He is just so wonderful and I am blessed I have him.. When God gave me him, he had sent me my angel :) |
