| ![]() I have been using a cheap electric Oral-B toothbrush from CVS that was only about $8 but I want to invest in a nicer toothbrush that I can keep for awhile. I keep going back and forth between Sonicare and Oral-B Braun. More specifically, I have been looking at the Sonicare Elite and the Oral-B Triumph...any experiences with either of these? For those of you that used both, which one did you prefer? Thanks!!!! ![]() |

| ![]() Sonicare elite is what hubby & I both use. I got mine at the dentist for around $100. I've had it for 5 years & love it. After going to the dentist every 6 months for a cleaning, it has cut the cleaning time in half. I change the head on it every 6 months. If I get a cold or a cold sore I use a regular tooth brush until I'm better. Then I got back to my sonicare so I don't have to change the head. Refills for the head run around $35 for 2.

| ![]() Sonicare for me to. I have the standard one, but it does pulse when time to change in the mouth area. I buy the refills at Costco $19 for 2 heads. Oh I bought the Sonicare from E-bay a couple of years ago for $50 (including shipping) ![]() |

| ![]() SONICARE!!!! I have three here! one for my daughter my hubby and one for meeeeeee!!!!!! They are the best! Its funny you posted this.. I just had the talk with my Katie about brushing, she says that the Sonicare hurts now that some of her back teeth are loose and coming out, she's 11 years old now and she is using a manual brush... it is not doing the best job! So I had her brush with the regular brush an then had her chew a disclosure tablet... you know, the pink ones the dentist gives you that turns all of your tooth scum bright pink! Gross! Well she was so grossed out by it that she swears she'll never use anything but her sonicare ever again! The Sonicare got everything off in record time! I swear by it!! It keeps your teeth whiter too! ![]()

| ![]() I use a Rota-Dent which is more than just a toothbrush as it really gets in there between the gums to take care of the pesky plaque. Here is my model: http://cgi.ebay.com/Rotadent-One-Ste...QQcmdZViewItem
