I'm Engaged!!!!
 

OMG my b/f proposed to me on Saturday!! :D So he told me he wanted to cook me a special dinner since it was rainy and gloomy and we had wanted to get away for this weekend. So anyways, he wanted to cook dinner for me and wanted me out of the house while he cooked, since he says I'm a kitchen control freak :rolleyes: So me and the babies left the house around 330 and went to the movies together. About 2.5 hours later he called and told me to come home but to call him when I get there so he can come get the pups. So I'm like boy this is an awful lot to do for just a dinner. I had a tiny thought that it might be THE NIGHT, but then I was like NOO, we were going to have our special weekend soon for that. So I get to the door and he blind folds me, then I hear this song in the background, super romantic. He takes the blindfold off and there must have been over 20 candles, 80 roses (not including all of the rose petals on the ground), balloons, teddy bears, the whole works. So I start getting all shocked, and he leads me down the table runner, where I get to the music box, that has a key. I open the music box with the key and there's a picture of us in there. I turn around and he's on one knee, and he asked me if I would marry him...OMG and the ring GORGEOUS. 2ct. center princess and 1 around on a platinum setting. It's gorgeous! The pictures of the room don't do it justice, he did amazing!!!! I couldn't have imagined it better myself, if I had planned it! He was so romantic, brought some don Perignon champagne for celebration. We had an amazingly romantic meal after. What a night! I can't believe I'm engaged! I'm so happy, I just had to share the news with all of you.

So the camera was using the flash, so you'll have to imagine the room dimly lit with over 20 candles!

Congrats!! What a romantic night! He did a great job! You'll have to fill us in on the details of the wedding.
