I don't know, I work as a paralegal and am working on getting Doctrate in Business Law and my first thought with this case was just that. I don't know why no one else hasn't thought of it :confused:

I know. It seems obvious, and anyone that truly cared about the baby would do just that. But everyone and their mother (literally :p ) has this whole thing tied up with subpoenas and appeals and every other legal maneuever they can.

What I don't understand is, Anna Nicole spent years battling for her late husband's money because he didn't have an iron clad will. She LIVED with a freaking attorney. Why were her children not protected with an explicit will? She of all people should have known the importance of one.

Lets face it , it's all about : The possible MONEY !

I wasnot expecting that ( the cause of death ) . I cant wait to see what are the results of the DNA test for the baby .

yeah i just read the autposy report also. i ahve been following it and i wasnt to shocked to see it was drug overdose because other than that she really didnt have nothing wrong with her physically. now mentally thats another story but i was just thinking that who gave her all of these, i mean where does she keep her pills or who keeps her pills
i personally would think her nurse. now callign her a nurse is she a nurse or more like a maid, just cleanign up after her and cookinf for her like an aid or is she a certifies nurse who can distribute pills and know thier meanings, i mean its sounds kinda dumb to think that anna would carry all her pills on her or her purse and give them to herself then why would she have a nurse?
i mean im not saying she didnt pop them herself sometimes but i mean she didnt sit there and take all of them herself im sure. and in most of their interviews they say ohh anna was taking cough syrup oh anna was taking childrens decongestant (sp) like its anna anna anna, so im like oh she just sat this bottle of medicine by her and kept track of it all herself? i mean she couldnt even walk half the time

i just think they should do more investigation and if they wont then they should at leat fine someone

can you imagine the people who are running they dna right now? they are probably like oh my goodness its _____________
oh my goodness imean the cant leak but you know in their head. they are probably freaked or gonna freak when they get the results.

That is so sad. I feel bad for Anna Nicole.. I think despite all her problems she was a sweet person and just very messed up emotionally.

Poor Dannilynne too.. I hope she finds a loving home with someone who can care for her and get her started down a good path in life instead of runing her. :(

I hate to disagree with almost everyone, but I truly just think Howard Stern was/is doing what Anna wanted. He has been by her side for a long time and I do think he loved her dearly. But I think that Howard is not Dannylynn's father and that's why him and Anna moved to the Bahamas. I agree with YorkieGirl 83, I do think Anna was a good person but messed up emotionally. Rest in Peace Anna and Daniel. :rip:

i felt so bad for this women when her son died, i think we have all known she has been drugs for Many years, I figured she overdosed on drugs, its just sooo sad, But i think they need to figure out already who the Real Father of her baby is . She deserves a Normal Healthy Life . It really is just a very sad story the entire thing , and this poor innocent baby :(

As far as the baby goes I hope it is her dead husbands! OLd rich people freeze their sprem all the time. I heard once when this all started he did. Now wouldn't that put a monkey wrench into things. LOL

I heard she also had a blood infection which also could have lead to her demise. Nobody refused to take her to the hospital,she refused when she had the 105 temp.They said she was a able to make her own choice,and did not fault Howard or her nurse.
My belief is Howard had nothing to do with either death. The only thing he is guilty of is being an enabler.
I feel bad for him , he lost Daniel who was like a son to him, then Anna, now he most likely will lose the baby, who I'm sure he has grown to love as his own.

Poor thing - she was very troubled, and clearly a drug abuser, but when her son died, I think her heart broke. What did he die from? I think it was also a drug overdose. I feel for her little baby girl. No matter who the father is, she lost her mother. I do hope it's the young guy though. I hate that Howard K. Stern. He seems to be a loser druggie too, just stringing her along and enabling her so that he could live well. What a slacker! What's up with her mother? I couldn't figure her out at all.

I just hope that sweet little baby has a good life. She had nothing to do with any of this.
