This used to be my favorite show but this season is pretty much sucking! A ton of good people aren't being voted through, but not so good ones are because they are "pretty" or because of that stupid website. I wish they would start doing the voting different...kindof like Dancing with the Stars does where the judges vote counts for half, that way maybe some people that should still be around would be. |
I never knew about the votefortheworst.com. But here's what I will say about Sanjaya. First, let me say, he SHOULD be the one going home. The thing is, he CAN sing. For some reason, he DOESN'T. He has a good voice, but for some reason, I cannot figure out, he keeps singing all gently and wimp-azz. If he'd take a deep breath and belt it out, he could do a good job. Unfortunately, he's half-baked. Maybe in a few years, when his internal temperature reaches "done" then he can do it. But I agree, he needs to go! fwiw, |
I personally think the show has become a joke the last few years it's more than obvious that the show is riged half the votes don't even count and them you have sites like votefortheworst.com that fuel the fire to these people who want to make it a joke. With out that website sorry to say but Mr. soul patrol wouldn't have won last year. now i didn't really care for stephanie but sangya(sp) is not worthy of even being in the top 50 it is all about ratings did you all notice when it was his turn to be judged that Simon didn't really say anything like he was told to bite his tounge? I think a lot of the time what he says goes and he made it ok and helped Sangya stay. this show has become a crock!:mad: :thumbdown |
Sanjaya should have deifently gone home!! He just keeps going farther and farthr into the competition, and its driving me nuts!! Nut i really hope Chris richardson wins this year:p !!! |
I agree with all of you. I loved this show and why anyone would want to hurt innocent young people who are trying hard to break into the business is just plain cruel! I hope Simon Cowell can do something about it before it goes any further. Sue the pants of the pig Howard Stern would be a start. He's a disgrace to society anyhow! If he hates Simon than go after Simon not these poor kids who are trying so hard to get ahead. I feel so bad for the contestants. As far as Sanjaya (s) he has to be embarrased to be still be there. He is awful! Poor Stephanie! She was awsome. |

I think it's rigged. There were 2 or 3 boys that should of gone home before any of the girls. But a girl went home & kept the numbers even, ummmm, makes you wonder doesn't it. I'm sad to see Stephanie go, but lately it seems like she doesn't wanna be there. Her first & second performances were amazing, but lately she picks bad songs & looks very uncomfortable on stage. Like Tues. night she looked like they were playing the song in a different key then what she'd practiced. And maybe they did, maybe it's fixed all around. |

Well, Sanjaya never should have gotten through the screenings before the voting ever started. I don't know if that one backfired on Simon who is the producer and Sanjaya got through to be annoying. Peter Noone, on the Tues night when the auditions were on, said that this was not a singing contest anyway but a voting contest. The look on Simon's face had the look that Simon did not like that comment at all. LOL I think Peter is right from last night results. I was hoping that was the last of Sanjaya but unfortunately he is still there and still thinks he can sing. |
