I wish I knew the right words to express my feelings... I was so hopeful when I saw your post and am devestated to read your mother's health took a turn for the worse. How is your father doing? I hope you have someone helping you care for him and that you are not having to shoulder it all yourself.

My thought are with you

Oh no, Patti! I feel so bad to read this update. I was so hoping for some good news. I have been praying and hoping for her to recover from the stroke. My heart just aches for you. I know exactly how you feel, to watch your once strong mom go downhill and become so weak. I will keep praying for a miracle! Big hugs to you and know you're on my mind and in my prayers.

I know I don't know how this feels for you. I do know how I felt as I lost my mother nearly 11 years ago though.

Patti, my prayers go out to your mom, to you and to your entire family! I pray that the Lord will strengthen your mom and that you can reach down deep inside and find a strength that you never knew was there...for He is always there for you, no matter what!

Thanks so much for the prayers and kind words. My Mom is really going down hill fast. She is scared and we don't know what to do besides be with her. My Dad is in denial and thinks she is going to be fine. But the stress of it all is wearing on him very heavily. This is the most difficult thing in my life and I just don't know how I will get through it.
