I am so sorry for your loss! I am sure this must be so very difficult for both you and your husband. Perhaps in time you will be ready to open your heart and home to another furbaby. |

After I lost Kloey, 2 weeks later I had a new Yorkie (Lillie) and she was a blessing to me. I was so devastated, she didnt take or replace Kloey, but it sure helped heal my heart. It never hurts to go look at the pups and let your heart decide. Good luck hun. |
Update went out looking today. Looked at four litters today and that BYB breeder to which J came from. 1. litter all boys. I love boys more then willing to have a boy. I've never seen such scabbied puppies with running noses. sigh {showered and changed clothes and shoes after} no one spoke to me. 2. 1 boy and 1 girl. huge puppies. suposeldy pure with APRI papers and both at 10 weeks old weigh 9 pounds. and wanted $1500. each 3. was that BYB's house. scarey darn scarey she let me see the KENNEL area. {I'm calling the authories tomorrow.} fleas, running noses, couching and just genrally a mess, and two puppies J's sisters and one had a sezuire there. Let's say I was pretty p"od after I left. and husband saying why not just take one. How about all the puppies are aslo 5 to 8 weeks old. and tiny mixes and she's willing to let me take one at 5 weeks old. ugh don't ask. I was kinda of proud of myself but really nasty. 4. Petland that misery house of he##. No puppies there I did like {went to shut him up.} but did come home with a baby bunny named Valantine. who is a siamese looking bunny who just came in. I agreed to look once a week at four litters a week. and I placed an add here on YT. I'm looking for a Yorkie boy. and don't mind mixed. tyty and Valatine |

I know how I felt ... I was so devastated when we lost Nichole [13 yr. old toy poodle] I couldn't even get out of bed for days .... I simply could not function. It was almost seven years before Patrick could even get me to look at puppy pictures ... and Yorkies at that!! I have always been an animal lover and I knew it was time .... I had grieved for her long enough. Even though I love Toto with all my heart, I still cry if I allow myself to dwell on Nichole. I knew too that it wasn't fair to Patrick ... we had both lost a beloved pet. It took about a year to find Toto, but when we did .... she totally stole our hearts! :) Do I regret waiting so long? I do not, because when we began our search, Toto wasn't even a gleam in Wyatt's eye [her Dad]!! :p I believe things happen for a reason and I believe, had we not waited, we would never have found our Toto! ;) Good luck in making your decision and I am sure it will be the right one for you both! :) God bless you. |
