That's what is so nice about WW - you can pretty much eat the foods you like - within reason, of course. I don't care too much for fruits and although I know my diet would be healthier if I ate more fruit - I don't have to - to lose weight on WW. Also, I have found if I try to eat things that I don't like or force myself to eat the same foods, then I end up getting so hungry or feeling so deprived that I go on a binge!!! |

forgot to mention I really enjoy the various 100 calorie packs too! They are a great snack or chips w/ lunch. Great for portion control and only 2 points. A few weeks ago I came across Hershey Dark chocolate bars that were 100 calorie packs. Can I say these are DELICIOUS!!! I usually enjoy one of those in the afternoon. Oh, oh and Chocolate covered altoids! lol 0 points for 2 of them. I also found York Mints---3 for 0 points! They are just little mints but they remind me of Thin mint cookies. Well, these are just a few of my great little finds. It sounds like I only eat junk---but trust me, I don't  |

Weight Watchers Online Anyone doing it? |
Me,too! I am on WW. I started a year ago on WW at work. Not enough people signed up this time around so I tried on my own...didn't go so well. I am going to meetings on Thurs mornings on my way to work. Last week was my first week back on program and I lost 4 pounds. :D BTW, I lost 27lbs in 3 months on the WW@ work. |
I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've been doing it for a couple of months and haven't lost a pound. I do have a lot of trouble drinking water though. |
I know that journaling is the key for me. I keep track of my points by writing it all down. |
I've been attempting it for a few weeks now and I was amazed at how helpful it was to write everything down! I learned a lot about my eating habits and just replaced what I was eating with better options :) |
I just started back on WW yesterday. I've been good for two days now, and even that is good. LOL. I've been trying to get on it since the beginning of the year. I have a lot to lose too. I just got done cutting down chicken breasts. Albertsons has boneless skinless breasts for $1.49/lb, so I've been cutting them down to 4oz portions. Then I cut up the scraps and put them in 1lb bags in the freezer for making stir frys and stuff. Here's one of my fav's: Vita tops (www.vitalicious.com) double chocolate 1 point each (not cheap though). Dang...I could go for one right now! |

How is everybody doing on the program? I just had my 9th week weigh in and I am down 23 pounds Wahoooooooooooooooo! |
Wow! 23 pounds in 9 weeks is amazing! YGG!! I won't get on the scale. I do not want to know my starting weight. I know I've moved into territory I have never been in, and I can't deal with seeing the number. After 30 good days, I might get on, but I can't take it right now... |
I am always thinking about WW  Actually, I lost 35 pounds about 5 years ago and I got off WW and gained back about 20 pounds (after about 3 years of maintaining the 35 pound loss). Since last September I've lost 15 pounds. I did well during the holidays but for some reason I have been totally out of control these past few weeks  and I have managed to gain back 5. Today I made a vow to get back on track and so far so good, for today! :) I love WW, but sometimes I am just completely out of control and I can't stop myself from eating things I shouldn't. I love WW though, because I know what to do, IF, I can get myself under control!! Good luck everyone! |
