What Are Your Gas Price$ ?? Gas prices last week were $2.20 to $2.28. In the past 2 days they went down to $1.97 to $2.08 depending how close to the highway the station was. I was just wondering if it was just us or is everyone. I must have thought I was buying presents for the :aimeeyork 's when I filled up our car and went and filled up daughter's Jeep and son-in-law's van. |
They're still too high. when the min wage hasn't changed in over 10 years - I don't feel people should HAVE to pay these unreal prices - the govt needs to catch the average working person up with the cost of living or lower the prices. It's just plain crazy how people are getting gouged with everything. |

I have to put premium in my car - around where I work it is $2.89. I'm going to try to go to costco this weekend to see if their gas is any cheaper. |

Hang onto your hats We are paying anywhere from 99cents to $1.06 a liter on the west coast Canada. That works out to $4.50 -$5.00 gal. A little over 33% is in Govt taxes. If the weather wasn't so crappy right now, I would be across the border tanking up in Lynden or Bellingham, Wa. |

My hubby paid $2.61 a gallon for gas, but I have a big A$# diesel 3/4 ton truck and my fuel is over $3.00 a gallon. She doesn't get filled much at that price. It's $30 or $ 40 a go! I do love my truck, tho! |

The sad thing is....I never check the prices anymore! I know I have to have it, so I pull in a full it up. But, I do know that ours range from $1.97-$2.21! It can be $2.04 at one place and a block away, it will be $2.21). Crazy! |
2.50-2.60 where I am. It was $50 to fill up today and it will probably be empty by tuesday! It's getting too expensive to even go any where. What was I thinking when I picked a V8??? |

$2.06-$2.16 here in Indiana. And of course right now I am driving the big OLD 4x4 so it takes over 30.00 to fill it up. Sometimes more depending on how low I let it get. I will be so glad to get this insurance thing settled so that I can get something again that is good on gas. |

I noticed the drop here yesterday afternoon. Prices are ranging from $1.97 to $2.08 a gallon for regular...I didn't pay any attention to premium or diesel prices though. I'm currently driving a Mercury Sable with a flex fuel engine but I can't find anywhere to buy E85 in this area so far. I've been told you lose a little mileage with that anyway so it's a trade off...pay more for gas and go a little further or pay less and fill up more often. :confused: Not my first choice for a daily driver but it does get pretty good mileage so I can't really complain. |

after going to the movies friday night i decided to fill up the tank the gas price was $2.07 the next morning i rode past the same gas station and the price went from $2.07 to $2.15. |
Well in NZ the gas price is about USD$3.61 per gallon - and we're calling that cheap!:eek: Last year it got up to about USD$4.45.:eek: That was painful. (Those are just ball park figures cos I had to convert litres to gallons then NZ$ to US$.) About half of that is tax - and only a teensy bit of that tax goes on the roads. :confused: :mad: But we don't have to have health insurance here - so I really shouldn't complain. |
