Oh man that would be great! Imagine when he finally sees it (which would take him some time as most men are not that detail oriented when it comes to Christmas trees - being nice). If this was my x-husband he would have still only brought down his pic and not the rest of the tree!:D

:rolleyes: my dad is just like that! one year we had the christmas lights up until the middle of march my mom was mad cause he still didn't get them down..so me and her did it and I told my dad after cause he still didn't know we took them down I said you know what just leave the lights christmas is coming again LOL

BUT!

I had taken some close up shots of his.....manhood. I forgot about them and we were at my moms house. Well I have this big idea...hey lets look at the pictures we took today on mom and dads TV. (Large screen mind you)

Holy CRAP! I go flipping thru the pics and the next thing thats on the screen is a huge up close penis shot!!!!!! (can I say penis?) I jumped so fast, although I couldn't cover the screen, fumbled, and dropped things and finally just turned the TV off, mean while my husband is just sitting there shaking his head, because its just a typical Brenda thing!!!

So an undie pic probably wouldn't phase him....LOL!

back in his day - my husband would have TAKEN the pictures and hung it on the tree himself !! lol - you're so right - nothing phases them

Your story reminded me of something from the other day - I told my husband this great blond joke - it was FUNNY and he barely laughed - so I said - "WHAT - you didn't think that was funny ???" and he looked me right in the eye and says...."Well...I guess it would have been alot funnier if I didn't live it everyday "

What's up with THAT ! :eek:

I didn't know whether to be insulted or laugh - so of couse I laughed.... and then said 2 simple bad words...lol last time he gets to hear a funny blond joke coming from his blond WIFE lol

Well, my husband is the king of procrastination. For the last two years, our tree sat in the garage until summer. And that is after I drag the stupid tree down to the garage after I am tired of looking at it for a week after Christmas. It had become a running joke with our friends that we could just bring it back upstairs and use it again. This year.....we went out of town for Christmas, so NO TREE. Thank goodness. I think from now on we'll get the fake tree.

I think if your husband is ANYTHING like MY husband - then yes, it will most DEFINITELY still be here by next Christmas - LOL!!! :rolleyes: Probably won't have a whole lot of needles left on it - but it will still be there nonetheless lol :p

However, my hubby has been off for almost 2 weeks (vacation) - and he doesn't go back to work until next Tuesday, so you better BELIEVE he is helping me take that dang tree down!!! :mad: I put it up by myself - but I REFUSE to take the thing DOWN by myself!

this is too funny.... I, too, have decided that I WILL NOT take down the deco.. the hubby went NUTS putting up stuff(decorating for HIS graduation party) and I warned him..... SOOO
We will have valentines day tree, Mardi Gras tree, Easter tree.... LOL....
I can leave it there until we have Halloween tree..... we will see
