You're only one house payment short now....maybe they can reconsider if you show up with what you got?? Let's HOPE!! And hopefully you'll get a more in the next couple hours :hands:

funny you mentioned that. I called them and asked them about that. They said nope. they want to clear this year out! and have been patient and just want it all.:mad: so...im still praying like a mad woman. :(

You know what - that is so crazy... I rent a house to a couple and they are always late and I do not care. I know it's not the same thing but some people seriously are just heartless!

Have you thought about going to one of those Check-N-Go type places? It sucks and it's expensive, but it works if you're in a crunch. You could pay them back with your tax return so it wouldn't start a cycle.

Kristy you are so much closer to your goal than the $1500...isn't there anybody you could ask to borrow from now?? You could explain your tax returns will be here soon...It's never easy to borrow but this is your home...

isn't $466 plus the $400 you qualify with the government enough to pay the 2 months of back mortgage ($420 per month x 2 months)you owe to the owners who sold to you? since you own the deed, taxes should go to the county directly and insurance should go to the insurance company directly under your own name right? so hurry up and pay the creditor's at the door first, you can always work something else with the insurance company and the county. worst that can happen, is that the insurance company drops your coverage for now right? at least you'll still be able to keep living where you are until the daycare money comes in, then you can take care of the property taxes and insurance along with the next month's mortgage!

I can\'t believe they won\'t take a months payment.... it cost them money to foreclose. Can you go over the womans head ?? It sounds like there should be something that someone can do.
