There is a place here in Pittsburgh called the 'strip district' that has all different ethnic food stores. They are in wharehouse type stores but they have EVERYTHING--sometimes the most obscure ingredients I can find there. My boyfriend and I love to cook and we can find almost anything in the strip but our grocery store chains (not walmart, though) sell mascarpone cheese--it's just double the price in the grocery store. |

In a medium mixing bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add flour; beat well. Add the cooled chocolate. Add the eggs all at once, beating on low speech just until combined. Pour filling into crust lined pan. Place pan in a shallow baking pan on oven rack. Use small metal spatula to loosen crust from sides of pan. Cool 30 minutes more. Remove sides of pan. Cool 1 hour. Cover, chill at least 4 hours. RASPBERRY SAUCE In a blender container or a food processor bowl cover and blend or process one 12- oz package of frozen lightly sweetened red raspberries (thawed) on high speed until smooth.
