I think that happens alot too...newbies who are just learning post a question and then people on here tend to disagree with how one handles something and then the flame throwing commences. Most of the threads where I have seen flames...and I try to stay away from that section now.....is the yorkies for sale threads. Sometimes a person posts and everyone is so worried about scammers that the thread goes the wrong way because they are trying to protect people from being scammed. It makes it hard for the person selling their pups to find a good home for them because potential forever homes have been scared away by the questions some people are asking. I really think the yorkies for sale thread should be strictly for sale threads and if a person thinks something is fishy about the posts there then admin should be notified and it handled privately and not plastered all over the boards. JMO The thread could always be removed before the flame wars start. |
