Ok so I'm really bored right now and am looking a pups (pictures) online. I have ALWAYS wanted a Bichon Frise, I loooove them!! I think they are just too precious!! I am trying to talking my hubby in to letting me get one :rolleyes: but we'll see how that goes! LOL. It took 3 months of CONSTANT nagging for him to let me get Stedman as we already have 3 other animals, 4 including Steddy. Anyway, just thought it would be fun to see which breed you all would all pick if you were getting another baby? I know alot of us here already have zoo's and don't want anymore babies, LOL...but if you didn't, which breed would you pick? BESIDES the very obvious Yorkie of course :p ;)

Mine would definitely be a Bichon! :thumbup: :D

I would have to say a Maltese. I have been looking at a lot of them lately and they are sooo cute. I can't afford another baby right now but if I could it would definitely be maltese.:)

Maltese for me too. My next dog will be a maltese, a girl named Coconut Cupcake Kisses and called either Coco or Cupcake. I have three yorkies and no plans to actually get one but one day....:rolleyes:

Cavalier King Charles Spaniel-

I have wanted one for years but I have always been afraid of the heart problems and shorter life span they tend to have.

But a well bred one is one of the prettiest and sweetest dogs I have ever seen.

Another yorkie....if not then I would love to get a chihuahua and a golden retriever....I had two great goldens before and I miss them very much...rip Daisy and Sam.

I already have a bichon, and yes they're precious.
The next breed i want is a maltese or another yorkie.
Told my family my life isnt complete until i have 3 dogs in my house. :D

I really like the Papillon and there was a time I was really looking into getting one - maybe one day I will:) But yorkies are my first love:)

Ok Nikki, we totally have the same taste in names lol. When I was looking for a Yorkie I was planning on getting a little girl and naming her Cupcake (my friend got a girl Yorkie and was going to name her Custard so we would have Cupcake and Custard). I just LOVE the cutesy food names. And my old e-mail address wayyyy back when was coconutcupcakekisses@ blah blah blah.com LOL. I swear every time I read any of your posts about names I just laugh because we obviously have the same taste in names :p Too funny.

Sean is the 4th one who has lived with me. I'd get another one!!

Right now he's happy being an "only" getting very spoiled. Isn't that what's supposed to happen...spoil our very precious furbabies?:woof: :Puppy2:

Wow! Everyone wants a Maltese! :D My sister had a Maltese for years back when she lived with us, so I guess thats why I didn't pick that breed. I want something that I've never had before (haven't ever had a Bichon!) and I just think they are soooooo precious!! Afterall, how could you ever say no to sweet little Bichon faces like these!? :hug:

Although like alot of you said, I would TOTALLY take another Yorkie of course! ;)

That was your email?!:eek: Wow, that is so freaky, maybe we were seperated at birth. Either that, or I'm just not as original as I though.:rolleyes: Cupcake and Custard is too cute!

Sharpei I have had one for the last 20yrs easy to train loyal smart my last one would tell my son when to take his medicine and if a seizure was coming it was not taught to her great with kids perfect pet

Yep it was, a looooong time ago :p We loved Cupcake and Custard too, we thought they were just too cute ;)

Awww you do!!! Do you have any pictures?? I would love to see him/her! :D By the way...you are not far from me, I'm about an hour and 1/2 from Katy :)

I would say a cocker spaniel. I love cockers they are my first pick over anything.

I don't like the way they look, but i know people who have yorkies vs chis, and all say that chis are more loyal and devoted to they owners.
They are also better lap dogs.

Second chouse will be Maltese.
They are great lap dogs, very calm (i need it after my super hyper yorkie).

Awww I love Cockers too :hug: I had a girl Cocker for over 11 years (however we got her when she was full grown), we just lost her in January :fallen: She was about 15-16 when she passed. I wanted sooo bad to get another one, but I just couldn't make myself after losing her. So I decided on a Yorkie. My Cocker however, was THE BEST dog IN THE WORLD and no other Cocker could ever replace her :( I just felt that if I would have gotten another one, it would have reminded me too much of her and would of made me so sad. She was my :littleang :( I miss her soooo much.

I also love Mini Doxies...but I already have one of those handfuls :p

I love my cockers very much. I had a black and tan one about 6yrs ago and it died unexpectedly at 16wks old. I couldn't bring myself to get another one until a year ago. Then I got a puppy last weekend. I am planning on breeding them if they both pass all their healt tests. Here are some pictures of Juliet with my daughter and the one picture I have of Eric.

I have a Yellow Lab, a Chi/Spitz mix, Boston Terrier, YT's Tootie and Hope...
what a herd... LOL....
BUT - if I did get another, I think I would like a Puggle... or a BUG(Boston and Pug mix)
