I haven't been on any of the forums much lately, cuz we have been house hunting.

Well tonight we made an offer on a beautiful house. I am so excited. I hope you all don't mind LOTS of pics, I have to tell/show everyone. I feel like a kid at christmas, I am so excited...

#5 & 6 foyer.
#7 & 8 dinning room (the ugly red and white wall paper are coming down before we move in.
#9 is the den we are putting in hard wood floors before we move in.

#15 is the sunroom, we are also putting hardwood floors in here before moving.

only thing IMO is that wallpaper in the dining room, I cant tell what it is, but not sure if I would like that for me. But I know everyone is different!

That wall paper is sooo ugly, that and some of the carpet will be gone before we move in...

WOW! What a beautiful home!! Looks like all the decorating is done for you!! I just love it!!!!! I am soooo jealous. I agree that the wall paper has to go, but everything else is perfect. ok. That's It. My offer to come live with you is still on the table. I believe the bathroom would be just right - and I hardly eat anything so you'd hardly notice me. Think of me as a built in babysitter.

I am looking for a house too will let you all know when it happens. Prices around here are changing so it maybe 6months before I buy.

Thanks ya'll, I am just so excited, and so hoping they except our offer. Not sure if they will, we kinda asked a lot off the price. (like $9000) If they don't then we will make another offer or just give them what they want.

We did talk to the couple that own it and they sounded kinda desperate to sell right away. AND as for as my house, my brother wants to buy it. It is going to be kinda weird though my brother living in the house we built. (by the way I will never build again, that is stressful)

Anyway, I sure hope we find out soon....

V, ya'll can come live with me. We will have 2 guest rooms. One room was going to be for the yorkies, but they could never sleep without us. LOL
