Yes i would say something it's not fair to you your husband or anyother employee there and i hate to say this but you have a legal right to voice your opinons in the work place if someone is doing something illegal or making you uncomfortable. This guy is a real ding bat and he needs to go find a job else where. If your step dad don't listen tell your mom obviously she will put a stop to it. I would include the liability part to your stepdad and also that he could be sued by the other employee's there for not making the work place non hostile there are a lot of liabillities for him now days and you better beleive one of these employee's will get sick of it like you are and they will do something about it. So it's in his best intrest to let him go. Please keep us posted on what happens. |
