| What about rent a Skating Rink? I would go to a party like that, even at my age. I'm a kid at heart. |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | i don't even remember what i did for my sweet 16. I probably just had a party at my house. My room is in the basement and its huge. I do remember some of my friends had their parties held at a hall and had a DJ. those were fun too. I think my sister had a party at the house too and people slept over.

| I will never forget my 16th birthday - My parents really went out of their way to make it special for me, and it was a complete surprise. My birthday was on a friday so I was at school that day. A man in a giant pink monkey costume showed up in my science class with a bundle of balloons for me. I also got flowers from some friends (surprises during class were always the most fun - then EVERYONE knew it was your birthday!). At the end of the day, I was on my way out the front doors of my school to catch my bus as usual and there was a limo parked right out front with a huge group of people standing around. The driver was standing outside the limo with a sign with my name on it. It was great! My friends all knew about the limo and had done a great job of keeping it secret from me. Inside, my mom had prepared food trays and there was a gift from my dad - a gold chain with a tiny mouse pendant (He's called me "mouser" since I was a baby and still does today). The limo drove me around to pick up my friends at other schools and then took us back to my house where we just had a movie night and food. It was a really great day. At 16, there's not a whole lot you can do! Vegas... geez, makes my birthday sound pretty lame.. but that was almost 10 years ago... you know, back in the day.. lol Ahh.. but enough reminiscing... Have a manicure/pedicure party with your girlfriends! Have someone come to your house for a spa day for you and your friends then go out for dinner that night....
