Did you see Troy? Orlando was in there... He played too much of a sissy in there. I think that's what ruined it for me... Although, being a bad @$$ in Pirates is somewhat redeeming.


Movie was good! Effects were awesome... I hate cliffhanger endings though. Hopefully the third one will be as good as the first two!

It was very long!!! I still think the 1st one was better tho..this one was just okay for me.

Saw it on Saturday. I went to the early show, so there weren't too many people there. It was soooooooooooooooooooo good! But of course, anything with Johnny Depp is good!! :D

I can't wait to see this movie. Maybe later this week. I love Jonny Dep. Can we say "21 Jumpstreet"?!?!

me too... I should of brushed up on #1 again..oh well we weren't planning on seeing it ..we were going to go see the devil wears prada but decided on this one... it was sold out all day! It was AWESOME!!!:thumbup: :thumbup:

Saw it and LOVED it...boy, didn't see that ending coming by a mile! (Of course, as many of you know, I am such a huge Disney fanatic as it is that it's a given I'd see it and like it...:rolleyes: )

I just came back from seeing it. Loved it despite the plot. It was just awful writing. I don't know how they can get away with a ridiculous ending like that. Or, my standards are too high, being a Literature major and all...
I loved the effects and the characters though. Well, except the character Keira Knightley plays. But I am biased because I've despised the woman ever since she butchered Elizabeth Bennet in my favorite Austen story.
P of C II was a lot of fun to watch though.

I think the only reason they could get away with an ending like that is because it's not supposed to be a movie that can stand alone. It's really just a filler between the first and third. (if that makes any sense...)

you have no idea how mad me and Jess were that it was closed when we were there. we're both obsessed with pirates (yes I know...odd) so we were looking forward to going on it but poo.
