Scamming the Scammer~My Emails to Cindy~Easier to Read A lot of you know that I was corresponding with a Nigerian scammer named Cindy for over a month. Well, I am "done" with her, and the thread is so long, and filled with comments (thanks for those :) ) that I wanted to start another post with JUST my correspondence. What I wrote will be in bold, and what Cindy wrote will be in italics. It's going to take me a while to copy and paste all the posts, so I'm asking you...please do not respond in this thread until I'm finished posting because it gets confusing. Hi Cindy, I would prefer to see the puppies in person and pay you in person. I would feel a lot safer this way. No offense, but I don't know you, and you don't know me. This way we will see each other and you will feel safe knowing that your babies are going to be with someone that you trust. Wouldn't you feel safer like that? I know I would! And when I get to Nigeria in two weeks I will call you up. If you don't have the puppies anymore, than I will do business with someone else. But why are you in such a rush to get rid of them? You can't wait two short weeks? Well, if you can't I received numerous other emails from people who are also doing missionary work in Nigeria that I'm sure would let me see the pups in person. If you can wait, great, if you can't, I understand. Oh, and you didn't tell me if they were Teacups or Teapot Yorkies. If they're teacups, that's okay, but I really wanted Teapots. Are they Teapots? Also, I said I wanted the boy and the girl. You were going to give me both for $500? That's really cheap. I just wouldn't feel right giving you $500 for both. I think that $800 would be more fair. I can't cheat you out of money, that's just not the kind of person I am. With us both being Christian, I know you would understand how I feel about cheating someone. Cindy, I’m getting a little impatient because you’re not answering my questions. Buying puppies…and you keep saying PUPPY (I wanted BOTH of them)..is not just something I go into lightly. I want everything to be right and I’m NOT just going to send you money out of nowhere. I need to know I can trust you. As I said we don’t know each other!!! How can you prove to me that I can trust you if you won’t let me meet you? I don’t care if I have to go to a hotel. Or we can meet at a restaurant, my treat. You also keep saying business. You said they were you’re dogs. You are really confusing me here. I’m all set to do business with you, but I need a guarantee. If you REALLY need me to send money now I will, but I need you to prove to me that you are really going to send me my puppies. Thank you for being flexible with this. Please ship the pup to JFK on Delta Airlines. I have spoken with Western Union and I sent Omotayo Ajayi $100.00 cash and I also have a $150.00 Delta Airlines Travel Voucher that Western Union can send to you as they have a partnership with Delta Airlines International. The latest it should be to you is by the end of business Monday in Lagos. Please let me know when you receive it. Also please advise as to flight number and times as I will need to make arrangements to pick up the puppy. Upon receipt of the puppy I will forward full payment to you via Western Union. Hello, I receive your mail this morning of the payment been send to me and on getting to the bank i could not receive the payment the western union money control number what demanded and your full address so i will like you to pls let me have this details and also the amount send all together as soon as possible all necessary arrangement for the puppy to leave to JFK have been made so all i need now is the money so that i can pay the shipping charges at the airport. Hi Cindy, Nicole wants the pup checked out before you send him. Please bring him to the vet. She'd like a scanned receipt from the vet and the vet's phone number. She has the money on hold until you provide the following. She's heard too many stories about people buying pets overseas and them shipping sick pups with Parvo, and such. Please do this asap and she will add more money to Western Union for the vet bill. She told me she already sent $500, but will add another $200 for the bill. Thanks, Ushall |

Cindy, She told me today that someone named Temitope Otegbayo Olufisayo picked up the money!!! He wrote Nicole, and she gave him the control number. She doesn't have the number anymore b/c she threw away the receipt. She thought this mess was all over!!! So go back to your bank and see what happened! And as I said, if you give us a copy of the scanned vet bill dated within the week, she will send more money to cover the vet cost because she doesn't want a sick pet flying on a plane!!!
