and do you like them? I am getting ready to switch. I just spent three days with sprint trying to buy a new phone and had TERRIBLE customer serivce. 4 people who told me four differnt reason's why I could not buy the phone I wanted to the advertised price.

First I tried to buy it online...no you have to go into the store. So I go into the store and they don't understand why they sent me to the store...I need to buy that online. Whoa! you need to call someone cuz they told me to come in here. Okay so they guy gets on the internet and finds the deal.

Oh this is for a business acct customers only. I have a business account. No you don't you acct is set up as individual. But it has the business name on the acct and there is 4 phones on it. Okay how do I correct that. You have to bring in a paper with your Tax ID#.

Okay so the next day I go into the store with my paper. So I tell the girl my story behind the counter. Your acct is a business acct. what, thats not what they guy said yesterday. Well I don't need that paper that you brought in with the tax id #. Okay so I can get the phone for the advertised price that is on the internet? Oh no I can't sell that to you for that price. WHY?

You have to go home and print the ad off your computer and bring it in? WHAT!! Can't you get on the internet and see what the price is? Oh no...I'm not allowed to get on the internet at work! What a crock of s*&t. I had it! Can I talk to the manger please....:mad:

We use Verizon and love it! We don't even have a land line anymore. We travel so much the cell phones take care of all of our phone needs right now. Good luck with finding a mobile provider...they all have their downsides. But finding one with good customer service is a definite plus!

Ugh! I hate Sprint, too. They have the worst customer service BY FAR!

I have T-Mobile now. I love them. Last month I went over my minutes AND text messaging and I called and more or less just asked that they take the charges off and I would be better next month -- THEY DID! I have their magenta RAZR and I love that too.

I highly recommend their customer service!

I used to have Nextel but I switched cause I would NEVER have any service! I went back to Cingular and they're amazing! I love it :D

I have T-Mobile and I've been very pleased with the coverage and customer service. I don't have a land line anymore either, it's so much easier just having one phone (and one bill) since I'm always on the go. That's probably not the best solution for everyone, but it works for me.

My whole family and most of my friends have Verizon. We love it! The service is great and they are amazing with customer service. We used to have Cingular, but switched after about 6 months of continuous bogus charges. For example, they would charge twice for a roaming call, or they would charge for 5 song downloads when I only downloaded 2.

But Verizon is awesome! :thumbup: :thumbup:

I've had t-mobile for 5 years and love them!! Great coverage and customer service!

We have nextel and they suck. We are switching to Verizon in August, because anytime I don't have service my girlfriend who has Verizon always does.

I HAD Cellular One. I told them to stick it!!:mad:

We had Verizon then switched over to Cingular b/c my entire family is w/ Cigular. Plus i always felt as if Verizon was screwing me over w/ overcharges.:thumbdown

Have at&t/ cingular for 14 yrs and was fine till i moved where i cant get a signal, tried verizon and get a good signal, so i will be switching, but found out i have a yr left on cingular due to buying a new phone, so now i have to make a decission whether i pay for early termination or pay for both.......

I have T-mobile and I love it! Their customer service is amazing and they get the coolest phones. I love their plans too.

I have had them all. The best by far as far as cost, customer service and coverage is T-Mobile. Love them. They are great about when you have to or just plain want to update your equpiment.

Same here!! Land lines are all gone! And I've had Verizon for years and love, love, LOVE them!!!! And a new phone every 2 years doesn't hurt either...

I’ve been on T-Mobile since they were Voicestream and I’ve been satisfied. My little brother has Verizon though and says he gets reception everywhere, which works for him since he rides dirt bikes in remote places.

We all have Verizon, had them for years.

I like alltel or cingular, currently have alltel. I use to have verizon but they totally screwed us with that one!! :thumbdown :thumbdown They charged me outrageous prices for calling someone in california who only spoke spanish. Hello I never called anyone in california and I don't even know spanish and I was the only one to have the phone, no one else used it, go figure!! When we called them about it they would not due a thing and called us everyday to harass us because they wanted us to pay the bill and one I am not about to pay a bill for someone I did not call and two they wanted a bank number and would not lets us pay any other way, so we said forget it!!!
I heard of other people who have serious problems with verizon, I guess it depends on where you live if you will get good friendly service from them or not.

I got nextel and it sux. For the prices I pay for this phone, I should be getting way better service. Im switching to Tmobile because were getting a good hook up.

I had Cingular, but switched to Verizon. I had so many dropped calls and my mother could barely here me that she had told me not to call her from my cell anymore! :eek: Switched to Verizon, and never had that problem again. And I don't have to say this anymore:

We all have verizon and have for many many years. Plus most of our family has verizon so we can talk to each other any time we want and it doesnt cost a thing. Love it and have never had any problems.

I like Verizon very much, especially since I can talk to Oscar's Mom anytime I want and don't have to pay an extra dime!!!:p

We have cingular. The latest addition is my daughter who got one of those pink razor flip phones for her birthday. speaking of....i need to go check her minutes!

We have Alltel. My daughter has Cingular but doesn't get reception at home. It works great when she's out and about but not from home. So when we got our phones we looked for a phone that would have reception from home. We must live in a hole or something!?!

Most of us use Cricket phones and hubby uses a trakfone. They work for us as we do not travel out of the area.

We are all about Verizon! My hubby had cingular, the one with roll over minutes.... He had over 7 thousand roll over minutes accumulated!!!! Because her could never get any fricken service!!!!! I finally talked him into throwing away 7000+ minutes and taking his cell number to Verizon, I have been with them for 8 years! I would never go elsewhere!! Everyone I know is Verizon... we are all "IN" Free Baby! Unlimited text, Unlimited talk, Unlimited pix, its a nice plan, I also have 3000 anytime minutes to use on non verizon calls.... and I have four phones on my plan, mine my husbands, my moms, and my dads.... yeah, mom and dad are getting to that age.... I need to keep tabs on them! My plan runs 190 a month.... not bad I think... 50 bucks a month each.... and its never more than that... unless I go nuts with the 411 calls.... which I have been known to do! lol

we average 2000 minutes a month... I'm like 1800 of that... but in calls, is like 2500 to 3500..... so we really get out moneys worth! The month I moved... we used 2800 of the 3000 peak non verizon minutes!!! Wow! I've never come that close to maxing out!!!

I like that I pay for way to many minutes... I'll never have overages!

We have tried them all too. We have been with Verizon for SEVERAL years now and would never change again! We love them!
