SKIN CARE PART II - READ if you want soft skin Call me BUTTFACE now... cause my face is as soft as a baby's BUTT ! :p After reading the thread on skincare for us women....http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...ght=face+cream I went on a mission to improve the texture and dryness of my skin and after reading for 2 weeks about skin care....I contacted Carolyn...Brutus'Mama. She sent me some samples of her Arbonne products that she sells and I am AMAZED at what my skin looked like this morning ..it's softer...not as tight and my pores are miniscule again. My makeup looks 100% better and I love it ! I HAD to brag about these products.... She sent me enough samples to last probably more than a week and I already am loving how my skin and makeup looks....even my husband can tell a difference in 2 days ...WOW Carolyn....Thank you so much for taking the time to send me the samples of your product so I could try before I buy..... LOL !!! Morning ALL !! I even told my hubby he has permission to call me Buttface anytime and I'll take it as a compliment :D I meant what I said... I'm not in a position to go out and buy the first thing I hear is good...so after reading and talking to people about my skin changes at 47...I pm'd Carolyn....She has said her products are wonderful and now I'm a believer... I've always used ROC or Neutragena and Oil of Olay at 26 $$$....and never had the softness and texture change overnight that I see...and seriously....My makeup is GLOWING (Thanks Sherry Lynn) :) ....I'm really impressed. |

LOL Sherry Lynn...Do I know you or WHAT ? I just finished writing you a pm....it's in your box as I type... I used the mask she sent....Thermal Rejuvenating Mask ...and the overnight cream....and wow - what a difference just overnight. My problem has been tight looking skin when I put on makeup ...it's like I could see my pores which never happened to me till I got this age....after using this stuff 2 days...I can really see a difference in the size of my pores... |

Villette, she sent me the same samples as you and I just knew you would use it before me! You're so on top of things! ;) I just got it a couple days ago and life has been so hectic at our house the last couple nights that I haven't even used it! I will definitely try it starting tonight and let everyone know if I get the same results. For the record, I'm 34 years old but it's never too soon (or too late) to use the right products to ward off those wrinkles! I'll be back to post my review soon! |

Wow.. I want a Buttface as well! My problem is, i have dry skin all over, not only on my face but my legs, knees, elbows.. is there anything that you have (Carolyn) that's good for other parts of the body besides just the face? :D i would love to have babysoft skin again! |

I had mentioned these in the last skin care post. The Arbonne products are great. I've been using them for a long time and so has my entire family. Update....DAY 3 and it's so nice to wake up and look forward to putting on makeup instead of looking in the mirror with a sad face.... Why didn't my mother tell me about life after 45 ? :D :D :D :D Carolyn - A very good friend of mine is going to contact you...I HAVE to tell you that my Makeup looked wonderful ALL DAY yesterday. A woman in a store I shop at all the time actually gave me a compliment yesterday ...She said.... "You look Great today"....I said "Thank you".... but was THINKING.....Ok...Sure ...I look Great TODAY ....as opposed to "Looking like S**t the other day" ??? Being a Buttface is FUN ! :D |

Carolyn, do you do the mineral oil/cracker demonstration...That's what made me try arbonne...and the line in the orange bottles have kept me for three years now... The stuff is amazing and smells WONDERFUL!!! I will never go back to any other cleansers or eye creams again. The eye stuff really is the best.. I get about 4 hours sleep each day. That's it...but now I look normal...The days I don't put it on, I really show my lack of beauty sleep... Bren |
