Rub your face with the mixture of Baby Oil and Salt well...then rinse. Your face will feel like a baby's BUTT.....

I know that move - another way to get your Buttface on like that is to lay on the beach in the sand lol -

These guys are right though - Mineral oil is bad for your skin but you don't really find that out till you're in your 40's cause I had baby oil on my face every single summer till last year ....

Is the Arbonne re9 ok for oily skin? I now use a cleanser that hlpe control the oil, will this make my skin oilyer(sp?)?

The RE9 is good for most skin types (except really sensitive). Go easy on the day/night serum and night cream on the places you are oilier.

I haven't checked on Ebay for Arbonne, because all representatives have been told by the company that selling on EBay is NOT ALLOWED!! So, if someone is selling, they shouldn't be a distributor - or if they are, perhaps they are selling out items they stocked up on that are now older formulas.

My personal opinion is that these products all have a shelf life because they use minimal preservatives. So, I would be leary of buying off EBay and getting a skunky product. All purchases directly from Arbonne (or through a distributor/rep) have a money-back guarantee if the product is damaged or skunky.

I have never had sensitive skin befoe so I guess it would work for me. I never thought the stuff on ebay could be old, thanks for pointing that out.

I agree with Jodie's statement about ebay. You just never know what you are getting that way. It might be ok, but I don't know if I'd want to try it personally.

The products are hypoallergenic and thoroughly tested. In their testing, they want to see 0 reactions. This makes it hypoallergenic. This does not mean that someone somewhere will not ever have a reaction. There are people who will react to virtually any product. I personally have sensitive skin & have not had a reaction to any of the products I've used.

ARbonne's products are self-adjusting. This means that if you have oily skin, it knows it and adjusts itself to that, same thing for dry skin. But you don't want to use too much of the products, or your skin will feel oily. It took me a couple of days to figure out how much was right for me. What is the right amount of cream for one person is not the right amount for another.

Louise, my son was born with severe eczema..I mean raw places. Of course this was 20 years ago but Dr had us using Synalar. It is prescription but worked for us. You might inquire about it. Maybe Eledel is the newer med for eczema these days but Synalar sure helped him.

Just a note to say I received my samples from Brutus' Mom. I did the half & half trick - used the Arbonne on the right side of my face and my regular routine on the left. After the third day, I could see such a difference, I gave up the old stuff on the left side. This stuff is great! I've been a Mary Kay girl for YEARS and this is the first time I've even thought of changing.

The cleanser is awesome. It leaves my face squeaky clean without feeling like I've sapped all the natural oils out of it. You can really tell how clean it is when you wipe with the cotton-soaked toner, there's hardly anything else that comes off. The eye cream made such a difference in those little fine lines and the lines around my mouth (too many years of smoking) really changed too.

I'm hooked!

I too received my samples, and a big thankyou for them too. I used it on all of my face though, I just couldn't imagine one side looking good and the other not. Needless to say I will be a Butt-face from now on!! Love the Arbonne!! My face feels so soft, and most cleansers have either left my face extremely greasy or not cleansed it well, the Arbonne gets it really clean and no greasy feel. I love the eye cream too, has reduced the couple of fine lines I HAD. I also ordered the masque, lift and scrub from someone(still waiting on the scrub) I love the lift, it does just that. Combining the Arbonne with my new Bare Escentuals makeup, I feel 10 years younger!!

RATS - I'm almost out and was kind of looking around - my perference is PLASTIC SURGERY lol - but since my Buttface thread popped up again - you all reminded me how much I liked the RE9 - I want to be a buttface again ! I'll have to track down Carolyn again - I haven't seen her here in a long time
