Do you drive & Talk? Do you drive and talk on your cell phone at the same time? I just went to the store, and I can't tell you how many people I saw on their phones!!!! I wouldn't not have noticed if this girl didn't almost hit me. She almost went right passed the Stop Sign. :eek: :eek: :eek: I for one don't drive & talk. I do have my phone out, but I pull over if it rings just incase it's one of my kids. BUT I don't know, it should be a law not to talk and drive. A few months ago a lady got hit because the girl didn't see her. How could she not, she was walking across the street. Just makes me so mad, that people can be that careless. |
I do...but it's on rare occasion. I agree. I've had several near misses from people talking on the phone and not paying attention!!!! GRRRRRR! :mad: |

I only talk to myself. My cell phone is not turned on....don't call me...I'll call you ;) |
I am guilty of sometimes talking while driving, but not too often. It's actually against the law to do it in my city. |
Sometime to amuse or PO myself ,I watch and it is usually every or every other car someone is driving and talking, I always think WHAT did these people do before cell phones? How did they survive? Since they are on them non stop. What really IRKs me it the ones in the stores or grocery shopping,, " Do we need milk?, do we need bread? What kind? " Blah, blah Blah,, I wanna scream " make a list before you leave the house." |

Yeah, I'll admit I do it. But I can drive! I don't think it's any different than driving and talking to someone in the car. At least I don't have to turn my head to make eye contact! I also eat breakfast in the car every day. I've never caused an accident. In fact the only one I've had in 30 years is when a guy ran a red light and hit me. (And I wasn't even the first one to go through the green) I don't call anyone because dialing would be dangerous, but if my phone rings I will answer it. |

Had someone call and complain about one of my employees driving and talking on his cell phone. Guess where the complainer called from.....his cell phone. As a side note, when I get employee complaints from people I don't know....my usual response is Ok, I'll fire them. :rolleyes: Disclaimer....I am not a smarta$$ to complainers with serious complaints. But the lady who called me from Target's parking lot cause my employee was rude....you're fair game lady. What he's AT Target? No problem, he's fired. I'm their employer not their mother....... |

I don't usually talk on my cell when I drive, but if I do I use my hands free device and it is only for a minute or two. I see people all the time on the phone when they are driving and most of them I had to hunk at to get their attention so they don't hit me and sometimes that does not even work. |
