Showing a dog you've not bred although he/she points in the ring, would still be considered a "WANNA BE show breeder"??? Including this dog in a breeding program, wouldnt be what a REAL show breeder would do ??? Doesnt everyone have to start somewhere??? Isnt the term "WANNA BE" less that respectful to someone making a dedicated effort in their breeding program???Comments like this appear to be degrading, didnt you all REAL SHOW BREEDERS begin as a novice??? |
Let me explain the phrase Wanna Be Show Breeder! Means you want to produce showdogs. But have not as you have not shown a dog to it's championship that you have bred. Let me clarify this show breeder means one that has produced show dogs. The only way you can claim you are a show beeder is you have to have bred show dogs that have finished it's AKC championship and continue to strive and produce show dogs. Now and in the future.
Now why would you be offended by this???
And yes, I did began as a novice and a wanna be and have worked VERY hard to make myself a reputable show breeder having finished many AKC Champions! Trying to imporve the breed contintually in structure, type, texture, movement, health and temperment giving the best care and socialization to my yorkies as well.
Also why was this taken to your forum, when it is and has been discussed here already?
I am putting my quality time on this forum and cannot be on every list on the internet and be able to post properly to help people. |
