I hope the swelling is starting to go down now. I can't imagine what that must feel like. |
1 Attachment(s) Fantastic news Priscilla! So good to see you posting here and getting out of ICU. Continuing prayers for a full recovery. If, for some reason Dolly can't make the visit, Guinness, Penny and friends says to let them know. Next, tell Uni and Toto to be ready- to wait for them outside. Finally, you need to make your way up to the woof (roof) to the hospital helipad; they should be there shortly... on their way there with Uni and Toto to reunite with their mommy. Oh yeah, almost forgot...they say to please remind Liam not to forget the pumpkin. :D:D:D Attachment 407744 |

Hi Priscilla I hope you are feeling better today. You are missed! |
Priscilla; I am so thankful that you are doing well enough to be moved out of ICU and are on the road to recovery. I think some doggy therapy is a wonderful idea. I'm sure is you act they would allow your pups to come, I now they do here. I'm not too sure about the whole idea of feeding you an all fresh diet thou, I'm thinking a nice taught of home with a home made pumpkin pie might be better. :D |
Hi All, I just returned from a nice long visit with Priscilla & things are looking up for her. She was in good spirits & we chatted a lot & laughed a bit. She says say "hi" to everyone & is so happy with the cards, gifts, thoughts & prayers she's getting from all of us. She's still being tube fed & is looking forward to her first step back to real food, which will be clear liquids (yum!). I was advised by her sister to not bring Dolly & that was a good thing as there were quite a few medical professionals in & out of her room while I was there. As I was leaving they came in to give P a blood transfusion, so you can see she's still needing & getting very good care. I bet she'll be updating us soon. We love you, Priscilla! |
Priscilla Thank you for the positive update on Priscilla, sounds like you both had a very enjoyable visit. Sorry you were not able to take in Dolly as I am sure it would have cheered her up so much. Poor girl still being tube fed, but I guess it is to give her system time to heal. Then she will just get only liquids:(. You are right, she is getting very good care and attention now and hopefully she will soon be well enough to come home. The blood transfusion should perk her up a lot, but I am sorry to hear that she needed it. This disease sure did take it out of her, but she was brave and strong and is well on the way to beating the nasty P affliction. WTG Priscilla. :) All her family must be delighted to see her doing so well now. Thinking of you Priscilla and praying you will be over this soon and back with your family and us. :) |
Thanks so much for the update. Priscilla, you're still clearly having to deal with a lot to get better and heal - but you *will* get there, just keep hanging in there and know you'll snap back as your body continues to gain strength and vitality. Stay strong and just know we're all thinking of you, all the time ! Miss you! |
Annie, thank you for visiting Priscilla and for sharing with all of us. Priscilla, keep getting better! Sending lots of love and healing wishes to you. |
