We went through the inspection today. Other than the usual wear/tear from the age of the house, the inspector said it was in pretty good shape.

As beautiful as this house is, one of the BEST thing about it is that it's only 6-7 min from my work!!!! And this is during traffic time!

Oh, and lets not forget the snow... There's no sidewalk in front of the house so the only shoveling we have to do is the driveway and path to the front door. :D I'm sure everyone that has to deal with snow storms understand the joy of this. lol
UGH shoveling!! Oh sweet lordie how I do NOT miss shoveling or scraping one single solitary bit!

That is so nice to be that close to work bc commuting can be such a time suckage.

Can't wait to see what it'll look like once you get in there. When do we start shopping :D???? What's your decorating style?

I decided to take Magnus and Zoey for a visit to the future neighborhood and backyard. So when we got there, I let them in the backyard to check it out and then took a short walk around the neighborhood. It was a good trip since I got to meet couple neighbors and talked to them.

It is a beautiful home and with a lovely big yard to play in.
Yes I am sure they approve, so you have their permission to move in! :)
I was amazed to see they seemed to keep within the fence boundaries, although there was spaces for them to get underneath. Is there a mesh over the wooden horizontal poles that we can't see on the pics? Thanks for sharing your happy babies.

lol approve? It's like a football field to them, now you are COMMITTED, what a ball they are going to have, the lil one in pink was just too cute and so fast. Did you have a BIG smile on your face watching them lol. Thanks for sharing, started my day with a huge smile.:)

LOL Yes I did. As far as they're concerned, it was same as being at a park. Zoey is very fast but she gets tuckered out just as fast. They both fell asleep early in the night and Magnus was "talking" loud in his sleep. Z was also snoring so loud. Just shows how tired they both were. hahaha

dottiesyrky: I WISH they were that reliable! Although Zoey is good about staying close by and coming back when called, I wouldn't let them loose like that unless I knew it was safe. There's chicken wire type fencing surrounding the wood fence. I didn't realize it didn't show too well on the video so I guess it looks like there's nothing else there. :D

Magnus and Zoey are adorable checking out their new backyard! I think it is safe to say they approve. :D No worries about transitioning to their new home.

LMBO :D! Magnus is all chill, checking things out methodically...meanwhile...Zoey is all "I AM YORKIE - SEE ME RUN!!!!" -- too funny! Does she get the zoomies when she is inside?

Yeah, M is the laid back one. Z only gets the zoomies when the circumstances are right. For example, the place can't have too many people or she wants to be held/carried. After the visit to backyard, we took a walk around the neighborhood. And surprise surprise... Z wanted to be carried. LOL Little brat.
