Linda, I'm SO looking forward to the raffle again this year!! I can't wait to see the catalog of prizes! I just got back last week from the trip I won last year from your raffle!! It was wonderful! I will be buying tickets again this year.

Ahhhh! Haven't been on in a while and realized it's almost June 1st!!! I need to get our things to you! Can't wait to see all of the goodies for such a great cause. Last year was such a blast and the booth had so many great things for these babies! It will be here before we know it. I'll get with you before June 1st!

OK...time to show off some of the raffle prizes that we have so far. Many are from YTers and we are SO appreciative of your thoughtfulness and generosity. Without you we could not continue to help the throwaway yorkies we take in. I hope I don't miss anyone in these posts, but know that we will also be thanking everyone in our catalog when it is out. Many of your items that you have donated will be at our booth being used in various ways to raise money for the Haven pups!


T. Bumpkins is donating a $100 gift certificate and 107barney also sent this Vera Bradley pet carrier (and it has a matching leash not pictured here)

From MchelleM, this pretty, handmade by her, jelly roll quilt. (47" x 61") ... It smells like Heaven...Michele launders her quilts in laundry crack. :D Hopefully it will retain that smell for the winner! :)

Oh Wow! Linda, I'm so excited, all the raffle prizes look wonderful! It's so nice to see how many people love the YHR pups. YT members are so generous and such giving souls!

Yes, YTers are indeed awesome! :)

The raffle tickets will most likely be available around the end of June or beginning of July. I will keep everyone posted on it.

I am still trying to decide what to do with those darling light up sneakers you sent. Your box was chock full of goodies .. not to minimize any of them..but those sneakers are a HOOT! :) I am thinking about buying a pair for Pippi to wear to the show. Whoever wins the vera bradley carrier is going to love it. I carted winny today in ours and got so many compliments. It's so lightweight and comfy for them.

It only takes ONE! :D Reminds me of a man who got mad at us one year. He purchased $80 worth of tickets and put them all on one prize. He did not win. He thought that he should have won...he really was upset. We told him it only takes one ticket and that there were others who had bought them....but he stormed away.

So are we going to do the YorkieTalk trivia contest again? Does anyone remember how much fun we had. I'm a little rusty with recent posts but that might make things more challenging. Here's a link to the last one that I did back in 2011. We had donors that purchased tickets and I gave the tickets away for a correct answer to my trivia question. I guess we really need a couple of people to donate ticket that can be given as prizes.

I hope we do the trivia game again - it was so fun last year - it brought back sooo many memories! I couldn't believe how many things I'd forgotten that were so memorable. So yes, please do it again!

Yes, it was a lot of fun last time. The last contest I gave away One Raffle ticket to the first person to correctly answer my trivia question. If anyone is willing to purchase tickets for me to use in the contest PM me. :)

I might start a list of questions so I am better prepared to make it challenging :D
