Dr Oz two week wait loss program it's gonna be hard but I am going to try to do it, anyone else? |
Good luck - do you have a link? |
below is the link to the shows web site, on the right under top picks you will see the shopping list and the videos to the segment on the show when he spoke about it. Based on how I eat this will be restrictive, but I don't know what else to do. It's embarrassing but I have NO will power, it's really pathetic. Weight Watches allows to many choices so I wind up with closets full of food that I like but only should have small portions of which is hard for me when a craving sets in. Anyway I am going to give this my best shot. My best bet will be if I go to bed early with my husband by 9:30 or 10:00 often my biggest eating is done when I stay up late, a few glasses of wine by the TV leads me to find anything and everything in my pantry that can be made into a snack The Dr. Oz Show | Episodes, Recipes, Articles and more |
oh I am also trying to knit, I am not good at it, but it is something that will keep my hands out of my mouth while watching evening TV |
Good for you. I have about 20 lbs I need to get rid of. A couple of years ago I joined WW and now have a $500.00 key chain  The only thing that has really worked for me was Atkins so I'm about to go back to that (it's not as restrictive as it used to be). And of course, if I exercised instead of sitting on the couch on YT I'm sure I could lose some weight! I saw that dr oz show. Keep us posted on how you do. |

LOL Y and Facebook are very fattening, they go good in the evening with wine and pretzels:D |
I need to lose some weight but that diet will not work for me. I need some caffeine. |
today was end of the first week, and I must say I am excited to have lost 8 pounds:thumbup::D:thumbup: Now I have dieted enough to know that often you loose the most amount the first week of a diet, but still I am very pleased. Oddly even though I am a carb addict and snack on stuff like pretzels and popcorn and love my wine I am really digging this diet. I needed the structure, with Weight Watches I could eat anything I wanted but it was so easy to go over on the portion size. This diet is very restricted and for some odd reason I am into it. The biggest thing that surprised me is I have discovered a taste for the 2% plain greek yogurt, which I would never have touched with a ten foot poll, but it is filling and I look forward to it each day. I drank decaf coffee every morning; with of all things cool whip in it, even though it was decaf that was the hardest thing to give up, I used to look forward to getting up in the morning so I could have it, now the thought of hot lemon water makes me want to sleep in:( I plan to stay on this rigid plan until 2/5 when I go to New York for pet fashion week. I will try to eat smart while I am there but I am definitely going to have NY pizza and some wine:animal36 When I get back I will continue on again until my ski trip the first of March. I hate to admit it but I have about 40 lbs still to go........ |
Hmm I need to lose 40lbs BUT I am not sure I can live without diet coke. |

Oh wait. I think I found it. It's this one. http://s.doctoroz.com/sites/default/.../Oz%20Diet.pdf You can't exercise on this diet? |
Yes Christeen that's it, I think what they mean is don't suddenly ramp up excerising if you have not done it, or don't go crazy on it. I am going to the gym and it only makes sense to. Can't believe I am sticking with it, normally I am not so determined |
I'm doing the Dukan diet right now but I'll be watching to see how you do. Good luck! |
