Yeah, but we all don't drink the same water, how about all those with private wells?

I just realized, that the scientists answer included the words, "weaponized diseases" when they were all making weapons and he was doing nothing, except maybe thinking up some words?

Exactly . . . That was my feeling about him too I thought it felt like every bit of it was fake that he was making it up as he went along. Trying to make himself look more important to gain stronger protection. I haven't seen him kill one zombie !!


Yea.. the water thing is also true. So I wonder if what he says is true, than how?

Yeah, he's a good actor, his face showed some emotions, that seemed like he was feeling guilty about something. Do you mean how a virus could be spread? I better not say, terrorists might be reading this forum!

Loved last night's episode (gawd, I'm such a broken record w/ this show!)!

I wonder what is up w/ the Priest...and that picture of the woman.

Also, I feel like Bob (is that his name?) was indeed bitten under water by that zombie that attacked him - and I'm not sure if the cannibals realize this yet...?

I just love Carol so much - and I hope she doesn't leave the group; I feel like she won't in the end, but I sure hope not. I love her and Daryl's friendship, they seem to have such a deep understanding of each other and accept each other.

I'm liking Michonne more now. Not that I ever disliked her, but I was very bored by her character when she was more mono-syllabic. Now that they've filled out her character more, she has become much more interesting.

Carl seems to have softened toward Rick again, which is nice to see.

My hubby kept saying, what's wrong with Bob, what's wrong with Bob, even before he started crying in the woods. He speculated Bob got bitten too, and I was amazed that Talking Dead didn't even mention this fact, it's like they didn't even notice it. Now, we're wondering if by cutting off his leg, they may have saved him? Also, we're wondering if they are eating a zombie infected leg, will it turn them, unless they ate the wrong leg? (I tried googling the question, but couldn't get and answer :D)

I assumed the picture of the priest and women with the glasses was his wife. Did you notice one of the walkers in the water wore glasses? I'm guessing, since Carl found some clues on the outside of the church, he locked some people out when walkers were after them. He cowardness was his big sin.

My husband and I did the same thing, "there is something wrong with Bob, something's not right, that kiss to Sasha seemed really final, etc...". I also believe he was bitten in the water scene.

I also agree with the theory on the priest. I said it to my husband as soon as they showed the carving on the outside wall.

After reading this thread, I am so stoked to have found more Dead nerds ;)

Dead nerds, ha ha, love that term. I'm actually so surprised how many seemingly normal people love the show.

I think it is because it is so well-rounded. There isn't just killing zombies, there is character development. It makes me wonder what it would be like to live in a world like that, as weird as it seems. Lol.

Yeah, but I'm there for the zombies, I'm so frozen in fear I miss lots of the character development. The make-up is so good this year. I'm always thinking about how I could prepare the house for a zombie attack, they don't do stairs well.

I thought Bob was bitten too! My guess is he was about to off himself when he got nabbed. Did anyone notice that the guy that Tyrese had supposedly killed back at the cabin survived and was munching on Bob by the fire?

I believe the priest being the coward that he is refused entry to the church when members of his flock were being attacked by zombies. How can anyone stand by and not help if they can?

Getting in the water with the zombies was really gross. I imagine the water being slimy with zombie rot and ... do zombies poop? They eat right? So where does it go?

I didn't notice it, but you're right, that was the guy Tyrese had supposedly killed. Tyrese was on Talking Dead and he said that he didn't purposefully leave the guy alive, he gave it all he had. I think he was surprised the guy was alive.

Yes, it did look like poop, I can't imagine how awful the smell would be, the poop would probably be least offensive. I read some theories on whether zombies poop and the theory I like best is that they really don't eat that much, while they have this huge appetite to bite and devour things with their mouths, lots of it falls out of their mouths. As soon as the host dies, they lose interest and go off to devour someone else. The idea is that this virus uses their own rotting bodies as fuel, and that's what keeps them going not the food that they consume. There might have been poop left over from when they were still human though. (I have too much time on my hands.)

Thanks Nancy, I feel better now. The visual the floaties pushed me over the edge and I couldn't watch until that scene was over. LOL!

Me either, I saw very little of that scene, if it makes you feel better, on the Talking Dead, they said the pieces you saw were cork, now go have some wine!

Yes...for me, it's the character development and how psychological the show is - it makes it just fascinating. I too wonder how I'd handle living in a pandemic type live-or-die type world.
