It's almost time |
Ticked off..... |
Quote:
My list of candidates on who died: (in no particular order) 1. Rick 2. Abraham 3. Glenn I think Glenn would be the front running. Rick's death would be bit obvious since he's the leader. Abraham death, personally, I don't think would be as shocking. Glenn... well, him becoming a expected father and being so close to death so many times in previous episodes just sort of feels like it's hinting towards his death near in the future. Any thoughts? |
Who do you think is gone :( |
Quote:
Not Rick ... they did so much to show he is now stripped of power and I think there is much more to that. Abraham, I have been thinking he might be going.... I am still ticked. LOL |
Eugene 1st guess... Abraham 2nd.... Eugene passed along the ammunition formula and the music played ominous death tones...(sorta)... Abraham possibly, Negan had to hit whoever twice before his lights went out. Eugene and Abraham both had size on their side for such a hit. (in Hollywood) Disappointed in the lack of answers for a season long buildup of a major character kill off rumor. |
I am extremely disappointed. I agree...we all were braced to see one of them die. They didn't have to drag it out until next season. The fact they were all captured by Negan was enough of a cliffhanger if that is what they wanted. If they feel they must play these games with the fans it tells me they are not having much faith in their show. To be honest, I am about fed up. About the middle of the day today I was reading a website about spoilers and what/not and suddenly just felt a bit disgusted and shut the window to the site. I don't think I am putting any more thought into "who" died. They played that stupid thing with Glen for how many shows?? All the while he was under the dumpster. They really are stretching things out a bit much and all that crap with old stuff/ new stuff. I imagine that is what will go on next season..a whole lot of "history" about Negan. I am going to start reading the comics. Maybe I will enjoy that more....we shall see. We do have Fear next week...hopefully it won't disappoint. |
I watched all of the seasons recently for the first time... No cliff hangers that way! LOL I heard about the comics yesterday, people said Glen had already died in those. I won't read comics. It's pretty funny, there's a facebook walking dead page... official thing, AMC.. AMC keeps posting positive stories and fans pile on in the comments just destroying TWD writers ect. LOL People are really pissed... LOL I'm just disappointed.. Like ya say, there's something else on next week, Game of Thrones after that.... Time to just let it go. Ha Ha! I've been more entertained by the comments and so forth than I was the episode... I was able to watch it with no commercials so feel pretty lucky, multiple comments written about the WD episode interrupting the commercials.. LOL Slight clarification... I enjoyed the episode, just not the ending, being that it was the last for the season. |
Yes, it sucked overall. LOL But...yes to Fear and Game of Thrones. Life goes on...... |
Thought the episode was super good / ominous. But UGH, expected to *know* who we lost at the end! I feel like bc they didn't show us who, that it may be a more minor character like Sasha, Rosita, Eugene, Abraham....but....it could be more interesting for next season, for sure, if it was someone major like Glenn. But I don't think it is Glenn bc he had the outburst, yet was allowed to live at the moment...so I feel like Negan wouldn't choose the obvious, but who knows? |
They'll probably start off next season keeping us in suspense for a couple episodes. Maybe no one was killed? I feel like I heard Negan said he wasn't going to kill anyone, just beat the crap out of them?? Anyone else bothered by the actor playing Negan also currently being on The Good Wife currently? I must say I was disappointed with the episode. |

I don't watch Good Wife, so no thoughts on that one. |
Honestly no show would ever give away their season ending cliffhanger, it's not "Hollywood's" way. Generally if a show wraps up it's ending there is a good chance they figure they are not being renewed. |

I think it's a most excellent idea for your health, yes? (for those who don't know, she works on the show!) |

With that said, I think we'd have a riot if TWD didn't get renewed and ended with that episode. LOL |
For me, I honestly am past it. If it ended, I would not be disappointed. I am quite frankly tired of the games they are playing with the fans. That last episode was. not. a. cliffhanger. Well....some was but who was beaten to death was not. I know...I am not the writer; but, I am one of many fans who feel the same way. One of the many who refuse to sit and waste time trying to figure out who was beaten by Negan. |

Again, I won't be joining any riots. At this point, they can cancel for all I care. Maybe next season I will feel differently. We shall see. |
I've had a love/hate relationship with Walking these past 2 seasons. I think I posted before I kind of stopped watching during season 5. I just got annoyed with the filler episodes that I got bored watching, wasn't heavily invested in the characters anymore, etc. After re-watching the entire series, my love for it was rekindled, albeit I did skip through a few episodes which is the benefit to watching it in binge-fashion (i.e. the episode that featured Beth in the hospital... the ENTIRE episode...) And I got extremely excited when I watched the mid-season premiere of season 6 and how good it was. I had a lot of faith that it was getting better again! And honestly, I still do. I think it was a crap move not to show us who died because by the time October rolls around, I don't think it's going to effect me as much. AND if they pick a lame character that's not that important like Aaron to kill off; I'll be pissed. As much as we all want our favorites to live, you don't leave us hanging for 7 months only to reveal a minor character death that doesn't hit us very hard. Honestly I've grown to love Eugene and Abraham but I still don't think their deaths would matter AS much to the hardcore fan-base. And if it's Glenn, we're all prepared for that now with all the rumors and speculations, so I won't be surprised at all when/if it happens. I don't even mind the cliffhanger so much as it was just kind of a boring episode, not finale material. The last 15 mins were the only time my heart was pounding. I do think they picked the right actor for Negan and I am curious to see how this plays out. I think season 7 has some really really good potential so I'm definitely going to be tuning in week after week unless it just becomes intolerable. Although, when Rick first realized he was captured and on his knees and there basically nothing he could do... OMG that LOOK on his face... was heartbreaking. To see our leader so distraught was heart-wrenching. Wonderful acting by Andrew Lincoln there. |
I'm not big on Fear the Walking Dead but I'll probably watch just to keep my Sunday's occupied. I haven't quite finished season one; only watched 4 episodes... isn't there 6? I just found the acting to be subpar which annoyed me. One thing I love about TWD is most of the cast are great actors. Most of the cast in Fear annoy me. lol. And it's just kind of cliche. |

Am I the only one that LOVED FTWD???? I seriously watched it 3 x's...going on 4th. LOL can't wait for season 2. The finale of TWD, the ending scene...from the pits of hellllll! It was awful, nightmarish & cruel...oh I can still hear the gory 'thud'...good job sound people.:D |

It also annoyed me and boggled my mind that in almost all the first episodes, no one was actually really talking to each other about what was really going on - it was so freakin' bizarre! Whereas if it was real life, you'd be talking about that and ONLY that, ya know??? |
Do any of you read the WD comic books? If so, which do you like best, the books or the TV series? I am sooooo hooked on the comic books! |

Okay, saw Sunday night's FTWD...sigh. It was good, but not great; no honestly, it was just okay. I mean, WHO dives into water that is full of zombies, just to see what's up...? I'm sorry, but that was one of the dumbest scenes ever. I don't know why, but Madison/Maddy really bugs me - her character really annoys me at this point and I hope that gets better. The only characters I like right now are Nick and Daniel (the other Father/Dad). Daniel is like a world-class bad-a$$, but it's hidden under that cool, collected, focused exterior. I think Nick will develop into an increasingly interesting character over time. |

I do like Nick, that's about it. Don't know if I'll keep watching or not. At this point it's just something to fill my Sunday nights. I'm seriouslty looking forward to watching the AMC 6 part mini series with Hugh Laurie (:D) and Tom Hiddleston The Night Manager.. just wish it was more than just a mini series. It looks SOO good and Hugh Laurie is my fav. |
I would not have guess there would be a big TWD post on a Yorkie forum. But once we get count up on Fear ill be back. |
