HELP!!..I'm aging! I am freaking out! I found a gray eyebrow hair this morning..I plucked out that sucker. The root was like an anchor on a tug boat. I didn't know our eyebrows gray this early!!..I'm only 32~~~ Is there more to come? Is it a fluke? Will I get 10 more cuz I plucked this one? Do I color it?....HELPP!! :shocked7q :shocked7q |

My eyebrows are pitch black. I do not have gray hair on my head (thanks to my stylist..love ya Trisha!). It's weird. It stuck out straight and hurt like HECK when I plucked it..my eyes watered. I thought those were the last to go gray..guess not. Oh well, I'll have to laugh about it I guess..lolol.. |
Yikes! A grey eyebrow?! I think you'll be ok!! Here's a question. I heard that redheads don't always go grey - is that true?? My sister-in-law's grandmother is a redhead and she is 74. She's never dyed her hair - and she only has a few greys... I have red hair so I'm hoping this is true! |
Girl....hate to tell ya but we all get those pesky greys - that one may have been a fluke though - you're pretty young. Wait till you get to my age - your eyebrows will be the least of your worries lol !! I cry everytime I look in the mirror lately :( |

ps - I'm adopted so I didn't get those nice hair genes !! |
hahahaha....hummm, dont stress out over it. that is probably how you got it in the first place...J/K. Well i dont know what to do about it but I am pretty positive you wont get 10 more like it...and if you do....dye it! :D :p |

Woo-Hoo!! I knew being a redhead would payoff somewhere down the line! It definitely wasn't in the tanning department! |

I am a redhead, actually dark aburn..Miss Clarol says so...lolol.. |
If you think the grey hairs are bad wait until you see what happens to your headlights  I swear mine are down to my kneecaps and when I put on a push up bra they are what causes my double chin. Oh the horrors of a aging body but a brain that stays at 29 (I loved being 29!) |

LOL!!!! I'm 37 and haven't seen any grey hairs yet but boy oh boy, it's been downhill with everything else since I turned 30  I envy all of you redheads, especially the natural ones :D !!! I've always wondered what I'd look like with red hair (I LOVE it), but never had the nerve to go there :p |

Cindy, I had head lights once. After my son, they are those lights turned into those lights that move all over when a story is having a sale..lololol.. You cracked me up with the rest of your body parts...if we can't laugh about it what can we do? Right! Irene |

It's a shame you can't take extra weight and put it in the spots you need it. When I was young I alway wanted big boobs..after gaining weight and them getting bigger and heavy  ..now I wish I had my small ones back. OH MY BACK... :lol tears |
Yorkiegirl2 - I HEAR ya sista !! IT doesn't get better as you get older either - they seem to gain weight faster than any other place on your body ! :( |

Btw, I have none on my head which leads me to wonder....is it better to have them where no one other than hubby sees...hmmmmm. My grandma who lived to 98, colored her hair even then. We used to tell her, "grandma, people KNOW you're old" :) We, women, are pretty vain. Why is it men just look distinguished and we look OLD???? |

Heavens!!! I am laughing so hard I am crying..I wondered about that place down south. Lord!! What us women go through!!! Thanks for the laugh..and I see you've made it to the 500 mark like myself..Congrats! Irene |

I hadn't noticed how many posts I had, but I'm thinking perhaps I "talk" too much ;) |

Hey - you say that like it's a bad thing!! Congrats on 500! |
Ok, I turned 30 some weeks back...I noticed my boobage weren't acting right one morning..They seemed heavier, bigger, and LOWER! NOW, I think I may have to resort to, just tying them up with ropes....  BTW, Irene I got my first grey hair at 25 :fallen: Just be lucky, I went to school with a girl who had a mustache, at our ten year reunion she had the chin hair to match...some were grey! |

Irene, that same pesky brow hair will keep coming back. Just keep a close eye on it and make sure it is the same one. LOL I have several white wiry ones in my brows and they stand out against those black brow hairs. If they grow for very long, they actually get curly. That is when you know you missed something when you or I, hurriedly put on the make-up. I use one of those 10X mirrors and boy, do they show all the things you don't want to see..I inherited great dark hair slow-growing gray genes from my mom's side of the family. She died at age 66 and you could pull out her few gray hairs with tweezers. Her mom at 100 was the same way. My best high school friend had carrot-red hair 50+ years ago in HS. Now, she has the prettiest light strawberry blonde hair and she does not color it. When we went back to WV for our 50th HS reunion a year ago, her hair looked so great and still full. But, what used to be perky was now in total recline, waistlines long gone and hips..well, let's just say we almost needed 2 seats each on the plane..We kept looking at everybody who had stayed there and made us spiffy dressers look good..I am awful, but, hey, tis true.. |

Rini, I confess, this sucker has shown up several times. And you're right in the same pore. Stubborn bast*$#@!! I only use the bathroom vanity mirror. I can just imagine what I would find with that 10X mirror..lolol. 50 yr reunion! WOW!! Funny how people change. The 2 seats thing was funny. And bless your grandmother for living 100 yrs. I wish you the same!!! Hugs, Irene |
What I want to know is this, if I was born a girl why then will I die a man with a mustache and a beard...where the hell does this hair come from????? |

The best thing about HS reunions is... remember that raving beauty from school....hmmmmm, her looks had no where to go but DOWN :D Thought of something....regarding the hair issue, gray or not, I much prefer being a woman and HAVING hair....then being a man with NONE :p |
