Ahahahahaha - these are killin me !! troubletb.....I had that SAME giraffe shirt that my mom got me one year - I wonder what ever happened to it ? Big ol DECAL of this long giraffe climbing across your chest !! and Rhonda ....you're just toooo silly girlfriend lol ...Thanks but no thanks !! :D :D :D I bet it looks WAY better on you than it would me :D |
My worst gift.. My husband (god love him) is forbidden to shop for me on his own ..ever!! The very first christmas we spent together he bought me an elephant hair bracelet.. who knew that elephants had hair !! It was the ugliest thing I had ever seen, he thought he was buying me a "one of a kind" piece of jewerly, that you won't find everyone wearing .. He was right !! My best gift.. I've been thinking about this for a while and even though I've gotten some great gifts through the years, the one Christmas that stands out in my mind was the first Christmas as a Mom. |
Oh wait I forgot about the porcelain ballerina (I'm a ballet dancer) with crooked painted eyes and weird feet and a mispainted tutu. YES V, my dad's brother gave me a Mervyn's gift card that was supposed to have $50 on it and it had nothing!!!! I didn't bother telling him, because we're not that close and I didn't care..lol |
Bump....these are just too hilarious!!! I've never even thought to recycle a gift card after I used it :D :p |
This year I got a calculator a dictionary a nose hair trimmer sweatpants hmmmm... I think that's enough for now. I'm getting tears in my eyes. |

I don't even think any of my gifts have ever been as bad as some of these I just read about. My best gift................oh boy, so many! It would come down to getting to move into our house (that we had to wait over 3 years to build) before Christmas and I got both of my furbabies before Christmas-of course, a year apart from each other. |
I wouldnt say this it the worst gift, just an odd gift- I got a razor this year(like for shaving) from my aunt and uncle. Was that supposed to be a hint? I didnt think my legs were hairy, lol BUt as far as best gift.... Ive had so many I cant pick just one. :p |
Best gift I ever got was an engagement ring from my husband. Worst gift...while he and I were dating, we split up Valentine's weekend because he chose to hang out with his friends on Valentine's day (he broke up with me because he didn't want to spend Valentine's with me). He shows up the day before and brings me a card (for a friend/not romantic at all) and a small teddy bear....well, months later when we get back together, he left a letter at my house from his parents. In the letter, his mother stated, "THE BEAR IS FOR KIM'S DAUGHTER". WTF?!?!?!?! All along, I thought he went out and got me this little gift when in reality, he gave ME the gift his parents sent for my daughter. WTH...I married him anyway! |
Keep em coming,, These crack me up, I try to picture everyones faces, as they open these TREASURES! " Oh, Oh Boy, This is great, just what I wanted."  I actually had tears in my eyes reading these,,from laughter of course, we are darn funny! :lol tears :eyetearss |
Rhonda - I laughed all night the night Kristy posted about her nose hair trimmers - So....Kristy - have you even TRIED them ? My husband said if you really don't want them.... he would have LOVED nose hair trimmers for a gift  See what happens when you only get Toffee for a Christmas Present :D hahaha - he said you can always use them on Stewie :) |
