They are reporting a tornado on the ground to the West of Gainesville, Texas, pretty far north of us. Pray for those in its path.

Possibly 200 mph winds in that F4! I cannot even imagine. Our highest was 90 mph here and that scared the heck out of me.

This has become a tragedy...a school with children is leveled, they are trying to dig to find them....pray, praying...

I think it happened quickly. Many schools have shelters but I think time was an issue.

I saw a picture on Twitter of one little girl being pulled out. She looked about 8 or so.

One of the schools was an elementary school. The other was a high school.

There is a tornado in Comanche, West of Waco, Texas, that I sure hope doesn't take a turn Northeastward. That probable tornado moving Northeast of Gainesville, Texas - north of D/FW is causing sirens to go off there the news is saying. Hoping those people are finding shelters.

Will do. It's all in God's hands and the safest basement we can find. Downtown Dallas has a whole tunnel complex my boss and I used to frequent years back. Lots of tunnels and shops, I think Dakota's is still there, all underground.

Jeanie, that is somewhat of a relief that you and Tibbe can go underground if you need to. How does Tibbe do with storms?
